Mike Davis On Jack Smith's Criminal Referral: This is a big problem because there's a separation of powers problem. You can't have partisan rogue prosecutors on these partisan witch hunts and spying on a separate branch of government. They did it to House leadership and Senators. What if they did it to federal judges? Would that be acceptable? This is not acceptable and he lied about it to cover it up. 🇺🇸 Mike Davis 🇺🇸

The silver lining to Lisa Cook fiasco is that it gives us the chance to argue before the Supreme Court that the Federal Reserve, in its current form, is unconstitutional. The truth is simple: the President has the authority to remove any executive officer at any time. If the Federal Reserve believes it is exempt from that authority, then it is an unconstitutional institution. Accountability is not optional in our constitutional republic.
