The Benefits of Explosive Lifting You must eventually learn to lift in an explosive manner in order to achieve higher recruitment of the muscle fibres - as well as your fascia. You do NOT want to become a one dimensional slow slug because you’re always controlling and moving slow only using machines. Form is important, but once you’ve learned that, up the intensity in your training. Slow and controlled has its place - but so does fast and explosive. To be able to recruit higher levels of neuromuscular output - you need to practice this skill. I think the comments that Erdogan has made, some of which are very incendiary, are troubling. Israel would love to see some resolution.
