I'm still waiting for a real response on my unfair ban appeal. FTC case #184914749 filed—EA needs to fix this.

Where do I report graphic errors, corruption and bugs so you will acknowledge them? Cases get closed by bots with No Fixes!?!

@EAHelp I have had an outstanding support ticket since january 18th, you don’t reply at all. Even with the most basic of account issues. What even is the point of customer service if it entirely unreachable????

oh, we know how to use forums. Perhaps YOU don't know how to use them? You release patches that actually BREAK the game (Madden 25 Team Pass / Scorebug issue) and you still have yet to acknowledge, even though its the highest ranking complaint on the forums.
