We have another #fosterfailure and it's Rambo! This guy was an owner surrender to the New York Animal Care Centers back in October due to landlord issues and that's when his whole world came crashing down. His owners had all good things to say about him but that didn't change the fact that he was terrified at the shelter. We had an experienced Rottie person step up to foster and we didn't want to say anything but we knew this dog was going nowhere. Congrats on your new home and have a great Christmas.

Locals had been throwing food and water over the wall.
