So what does happen if a baby is born alive during a botched abortion? You didn't address that.

The “post birth abortion” lie stems from parents having to make the heartbreaking decision to put their baby on palliative/hospice care for severe conditions after weighing all the options the medical team offers. This would be the most compassionate decision in many cases.

Thank you for this! I also think people need to understand palliative care for newborns who are very ill and how that works as well. I think people confuse this with “after birth abortions.”
