Short thread on a few of the tactics Cro Cop used to get one of his greatest wins in kickboxing against Remy Bonjasky: First, he used combinations to get Remy to shell up in a high guard, then broke the guard with close-range high kicks. The left straight draws up the guard and the right hook herds him into the high kick, which breaks through the guard, especially when you kick as hard as Cro Cop. 1/8

I will never ever ask what’s wrong of offer help if I wasn’t actually going to help. I see accidents on the highway almost daily, especially in the winter, if I am going to stop I always call the police first so I know help is on the way for them and for me if things go south. A woman was in an accident and she’s going car to car begging for help. She thought these people were going to help her and jumped in there. At only for them to boot her out. What would you do though, would you let her in the car? To me it could be a setup or they could have serious injuries would t want anything to happen. I wouldn’t let them in the car. People will criticize because they aren’t in this position or it hasn’t happened to them. I say unless I am equipped to help, I won’t. But I will always call for help. I feel that’s the best thing we can do in most of these cases and if anyone else has anything to say about it they don’t know what they are talking about.

End of the weekend built this invoice builder using bolt.new and Supabase Used supabase edge functions to send emails (didn’t know bolt could handle that so well!) Still figuring out how to generate exact PDFs based on selected templates if you know any good libraries let me know in comments. Planning to open source it soon after a few more fixes and features let me know if you’d like to try it out!
