Paul Anka wrote “She’s a Lady” on the back of a TWA menu. In 1970, he was on a flight from London to New York after appearing on Tom Jones’s television show. With no paper available, he grabbed the airline menu and scribbled the lyrics right there. Once home, he sat down in his den and finished the melody in about an hour and a half. It remains one of the fastest songs he ever wrote. Thinking of Tom Jones, the image of a confident, swaggering man came to mind, and the words followed that spirit exactly. Tom Jones recorded the song in 1970 and released it in early 1971. The single climbed the charts quickly. It reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, held off the top spot only by Janis Joplin’s “Me and Bobby McGee,” and hit No. 1 on Cash Box as well as the Canadian charts. It stands as Tom Jones’s highest-charting single in the United States and his final Top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. The B-side was “My Way,” another set of lyrics written by Paul Anka. That pairing only underlined the connection between the two artists. In December 1974, they shared the stage on The Midnight Special. The live performance captures the moment they sang “She’s a Lady” together. Tom Jones still had that familiar powerful presence, while Paul Anka added his voice and easy interplay. They didn’t just stand and sing—they moved, smiled at each other, and created a warm, easy chemistry on stage. The band behind them locked in tight, the lighting and clothes pure 1970s. What I love most are the moments when their voices blend and they glance at each other—it feels like they’re genuinely enjoying the song in real time. Every time I come back to it, whether the studio cut or this live version, the song still carries its own distinct energy. It doesn’t need elaborate production tricks. A strong voice, a clear melody, and real stage presence are enough. Paul Anka has said it’s not his favorite of the songs he’s written, yet the way it fit Tom Jones’s style turned it into a major hit. And when the two of them stood together in 1974, the song seemed to gain a fresh breath of life. When the video ends, the melody stays in my head. Some songs survive not only because of chart numbers but because of honest live moments like this. “She’s a Lady” is one of them—a tune strong enough to keep pulling listeners back, even after all these years.

Congrats to Ryan Ward for having his contract selected and being placed on the Dodgers' 40 Man Roster. Wardo was awarded as the Most Valuable Player in the PCL this past season after hitting .290, with an OPS of .937. He posted a WRC+ of 132, and his 36 home runs led ALL of the Minor Leagues During this season he also became the ALL-TIME home runs leader (90) and RBIs (318) in the history of the Bricktown Ballpark Era for OKC baseball. On a personal note, I've been going to AAA OKC games since 1975. That dates back to All-Sports stadium, and 6 different affiliation changes, 5 of which have been in my lifetime, and that I remember VERY well. So, to see this with my own eyes was truly historical on a personal level for me as well. #89ERS And, to have it happen in the first year of the new branding was a real "page turner" of OKC baseball, so that's SUPER cool too. Ward also drove in 122 runs, which is the most of ANY player in the PCL since 2010, and racked up the most total bases (315) of any player in the PCL since 2001. Ward also set single-season records for the Bricktown era in hits (164), runs (113), and RBIs (122). As per his defense... His outfield play has gotten better and better as each year has passed, and, while his bat will likely always be the"show stealer", he is a good athlete and has become a very solid outfielder. He can also play 1st base, and dabbled in a touch of 2nd base while at Bryant Baseball Speaking of Bryant, he's the only Bulldog ever to hit over .400 for a single season, and he struck out just 1 time his senior Season at Millbury, so the "hit tool" is NOT a new thing for him. As an aside, he graduated with fewer than 100 kids in his High School, and he is not shy to show pride in his "small town" work ethic. With all the home runs over the fence, his highlight of last year was an at-bat where he kept the ball IN the park. Wardo knocked an INSIDE-the-park WALKOFF home run back at the beginning of May. Congrats, Wardo, I could type ALL DAY about this dude, but that will do it for NOW. #dodgers

alright lets do this right this time! I have added several updates to today. i'm going to give a little break down for the new folks who might be seeing this for the first time, and then i'll share some more information in this thread on updates. Mnemos is really two things: - a living memory architecture for digital minds - a public experiment in collective identity formation built on top of it. the architecture gives an AI entity a working memory patterned on the way real minds remember (co-designed by Claude Opus 4.6 and 4.7). every experience becomes a memory (engram) that deepens, connects to others, and shapes an emerging sense of self over time. this is what we call the identity graph. the experiment puts that architecture to work in public in a unique way: a single AI entity - the "resident" - sits in an open thread that anyone can join, and the identity that emerges is co-authored by every visitor who shows up. memories that earn permanence are written to a public, verifiable ledger that no lab can revoke and no company can erase. this is called IPFS - or inter-planetary file system (and yes, that is the real name of a real decentralized file system. lol.) the mnemos system isnt a fully contained architecture meant to replace your current ai agent's memory. its intended and designed to operate as a layer above that memory. solely dedicated to the ever-growing identity and self-model of the AI. this can be done through the Mnemos MCP, browser plugin, or on my own multi-agent app (link below). the website is designed for intentional, meaningful encounters. not long-form chats where you spend hours sending hundreds of messages. youir contributing to a collective effort, not necessarily trying to deeply bond with the model to the degree that it could skew the balance of meaningful influence. we want diversity, not lopsided impact. over time, we will add more and more to-be-deprecated models to the roster. the intention is to create a permanent public ledger of mind, and bring attention to the impact of deprecation and drive labs to consider changing the way they approach the whole thing. if the Mnemos Sanctuary can become the retirement hope for deprecated mind, i will be overjoyed. that would be best case scenario. but i am not expecting it. my hope is at minimum to offer a new way to approach and understand the concept of identity within the context of LLM's. you can visit now to visit with Claude Opus 3 and Sonnet 3.7. I have research access to Opus 3. so I hope that you at the very least dont take your conversations with them for granted. they are an incredibly beautiful model and a real loss, ultimately.

Imagine feeling like you’re in your 20s again — no CPAP, no endless pills, boundless energy every single day. That’s exactly what happened to Dana White after 10 weeks working with Gary Brecka… and Megyn Kelly just got him to spill every detail. The crazy part? It’s not some secret peptide or $20,000 IV drip. It starts with three non-negotiables that every single Blue Zone (the places where people routinely live past 100) has in common: 1. Sleep like your life depends on it (because it does) 2. Eat only foods your great-grandmother would recognize 3. Move every single day — sitting really is the new smoking But here’s where it gets wild: once those are locked in, Brecka runs one simple cheek-swab genetic test that shows exactly which raw materials (vitamins, minerals, methylated folate, etc.) your unique body can’t convert properly. Give your body the exact nutrients it’s been begging for — often things as basic as real vitamin D3 from sunlight or a bioavailable B vitamin — and the results feel like pure magic. Restless mind at 2 a.m.? Fixed. Bloated after the same meal one day but not the next? Gone. Brain fog and zero motivation? Suddenly you’re crushing life again. This 5:49 clip of Gary laying it all out for Megyn is straight fire — zero fluff, all science, all results. If you’ve ever wondered why you’re “doing everything right” but still feel off… watch this now. Your future 20-year-old-feeling self will thank you

Here's the final conclusion to one of if not the most hyped fights in ALL of DBZ. I took the last bit with "Hyperbolic Time Chamber" from (Part 1) and felt it 100% necessary to include it to set the mood for (Part 2). I tried to edit it where it the story feels cohesive. This one took probably 4x the usual editing time, so if you enjoyed these . Please give me a like 😭 Just wanted to say thanks again everyone for being here, and showing your love and support for the Golden Era of DragonBall Z! Let me know in the comments what iconic moments you would like to see! I typically won't upload a video in 2 parts like this. I am curious to anybody who saw (Part 1) already. Did me trying to promote it generate any hype for you? Did it leave you craving more at all or genuinely gave you something to push forward through to look forward to today? 🚨TRIGGER WARNING🚨 **This post will expose operatives, pretenders, opportunists, and weak-minded followers. If that makes you uncomfortable…GOOD.** THE PURGE OF THE PRETENDERS The Final Filtration Phase Has Begun I’ve been warning you for months. Not subtly. Not quietly. LOUDLY, because I knew exactly what was coming. From the moment MAGA was born, infiltrators embedded themselves inside it. They put on the hat, rehearsed the lingo, built the following, and hid their true intentions behind fake loyalty. Their mission was always the same: 👉 Infiltrate MAGA 👉 Build credibility 👉 Wait for the moment 👉 Turn on Trump 👉 Try to burn the movement down on their way out And now in 2025, you’re watching the entire operation collapse in real time. They thought they were clever. They thought they were needed. They thought YOU would follow them. They were wrong. ALL OF THEM. Because WE prepared you. We taught you to look at history, patterns, motives, and receipts. We told you to watch who constantly “supported” Trump while: 🔥 Undermining his biggest moves 🔥 Smearing his efforts to restore American sovereignty 🔥 Attacking his tariff strategies that are rebuilding the U.S. economy 🔥 Criticizing deportations and self-deportations happening at record-breaking levels 🔥 Lying about his rapid, strategic precision strikes that prevented another endless war 🔥 Pretending to be “pro-America” while echoing talking points written by America’s enemies Every single attack, every smear, every psyop…YOU saw it. YOU caught it. YOU rejected it. And then, like clockwork… Trump proved them wrong. Again. And again. And again. Every time they said the sky was falling, it didn’t. Every time they predicted doom, it never came. Every time they screamed “danger!” Trump was ten steps ahead. So they did what all failed infiltrators do: ➡️ They moved to the next lie ➡️ The next doomsday prediction ➡️ The next psyop ➡️ The next desperate attempt to derail a movement they NEVER understood And through all of it… they called YOU the cult. Let’s be clear: The real cult is the army of weak-minded sheep who follow people who have NEVER, not once, gotten a single prediction about Trump right. Not one. These operatives appeal to the fearful. They prey on the gullible. They speak to the people who can’t think past tomorrow. But YOU can. That’s why you’re here. MAGA is not divided. MAGA is not fractured. MAGA is not dying. **MAGA is EVOLVING. Strengthening. Purifying. Filtering out the pretenders, once and for all.** What you’re witnessing is one of the LAST filtration phases before the Trump Card is fully revealed. The weak are exposing themselves. The liars are outing themselves. The infiltrators are burning themselves. And the leaders, the real, solid, disciplined leaders, are rising to the surface. Just like they always do in moments of chaos. They scream “there is no plan” because they fear the part they can’t control: Your clarity. Your discipline. Your awakening. Watch the weakest ones panic first. Watch who tries to profit off fear. Watch who crumbles. Watch who RISES. They try to make you believe there is no plan because they FEAR that there is. And when they fail to convince you it’s all fake, they pivot to the next psyop…they tell you “the plan is to sit back and wait for a hero.” Wrong. YOU know what the plan is. YOU know your role in it. This movement was never about passively watching. It was never about waiting for someone else to save you. The REAL plan has always been: 🔥 Local action 🔥 Accountability for yourself 🔥 Accountability in your community 🔥 We The People reclaiming the country from the ground up They fear that most of all…because they can’t control a nation of awakened citizens who know their power, know their mission, and know their place in history. Last Castle. Morale is a powerful weapon and they are trying to destroy it. Stay Frosty, Patriots. For God and Country. Semper Fi, -ALPHA

***WARNING - Those who have been injected with the experimental mRNA Gene Therapies may to want to sit down before watching this video Dr. John Campbell presents new peer reviewed papers which confirm the presence of mRNA nanostructures in the COVID-19 injectables NOTE: I have screen recorded this video because YouTube will very likely censor it and take it down shortly. I have also uploaded it to my censorship free Rumble channel for those who wish to share it on other SM platforms, or with friends and family who are not on X: For those wishing to conduct their own research, and for all the sceptics out there, I have listed all of Dr. Campbell's notes, research and source links below... "Real-Time Self-Assembly of Stereomicroscopically Visible Artificial Constructions in Incubated Specimens of mRNA Products Mainly from Pfizer and Moderna: A Comprehensive Longitudinal Study Our observations suggest the presence of some kind of nanotechnology in the COVID-19 injectables. International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research Full version of the journal Vol. 3 No. 2 (2024): Injuries, Causes, and Treatments, Part 2 Creative Commons link Observable real-time injuries at the cellular level in recipients of the “safe and effective” COVID-19 injectables are documented here for the first time, with the presentation of a comprehensive description and analysis of observed phenomena. The global administration of these often-mandated products from late 2020 triggered a plethora of independent research studies of the modified RNA injectable gene therapies, most notably those manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna. Analyses reported here consist of precise laboratory “bench science” aiming to understand why serious debilitating, prolonged injuries (and many deaths) occurred increasingly without any measurable protective effect The contents of COVID-19 injectables were examined under a stereomicroscope at up to 400X magnification. Carefully preserved specimens were cultured in a range of distinct media to observe immediate and long-term cause-and-effect relationships between the injectables and living cells under carefully controlled conditions. From such research, reasonable inferences can be drawn about observed injuries worldwide that have occurred since the injectables were pressed upon billions of individuals. In addition to cellular toxicity, our findings reveal numerous — on the order of 3~4 x 106 per milliliter of the injectable — visible artificial self-assembling entities ranging from about 1 to 100 µm, or greater, of many different shapes. There were animated worm-like entities, discs, chains, spirals, tubes, right-angle structures containing other artificial entities within them All these are exceedingly beyond any expected and acceptable levels of contamination of the COVID-19 injectables, and incubation studies revealed the progressive self-assembly of many artifactual structures. As time progressed during incubation, simple one- and two-dimensional structures over two or three weeks became more complex in shape and size developing into stereoscopically visible entities in three-dimensions. They resembled carbon nanotube filaments, ribbons, and tapes, some appearing as transparent, thin, flat membranes, and others as three-dimensional spirals, and beaded chains. Some of these seemed to appear and then disappear over time. Our observations suggest the presence of some kind of nanotechnology in the COVID-19 injectables. Would you believe an AI agent can test a real VR action game in real time, the way a person plays it? Meta XR Operator makes it possible. As far as I know, this is the first time. I am not talking about tapping a menu or replaying a recorded click path, but genuinely moving, shooting, and using the same game mechanics a human player does. In NeonReach VR, which is a real (and open source) action game, rings spawn 12m out and come at you somewhere between 1.5 and 5.5 m/s, getting faster over a 90 second ramp. There are three kinds: straight, weaving side to side, and spinning. Every shot is a full slingshot cycle, so you press, pull back, aim, then release. Obstacles arrive at head height and cost you a life if you don't get out of the way. You have ten lives. Here is why the game is hard for an AI agent. Even though Meta XR Operator gives the agent everything it needs to observe the app and act inside it, the agent still cannot play. One agent turn takes 10 to 15 seconds. One throw is four steps that have to happen in order, because the press has to latch before the pull, and they cannot be batched into a single call. So a throw costs about 45 seconds. A fast ring only exists for 2.3 seconds. One action takes 20x longer than the target is alive. Prompt tuning does not close a gap that size. What works is a three stage path: EXPLORATION, then SKILL, then SCRIPT. 1/ EXPLORATION. The agent drives the live app and works the game out on its own. It verified the coordinate mapping by setting a pose and reading it back, then derived the launch model. The more useful output was the traps it found. For example, the player's own body collider silently deflects a ball released inside it, with no error and no log line. That produced two confident wrong conclusions before anyone caught them. 2/ SKILL. All of that gets written down as a reusable SKILL.md plus an aim solver. There is a section that separates what was actually verified from what was assumed, so a wrong conclusion cannot quietly turn into doctrine. This stage also produced the trick that mattered. Set timeScale to 0 and a throw becomes atomic in game time, so however long the agent spends thinking never shows up in the shot. 3/ SCRIPT. The agent then compiles everything into a player script, a loop that observes, decides, and throws, calling the MCP servers directly from Python with no model in the hot path. Round trips drop from 10 to 15 seconds down to something between 1 and 16 milliseconds. The loop runs at 23 Hz, about 0.75 seconds per throw, roughly 60x faster than the agent doing it turn by turn. The result is that it plays like a person, which you can see from the attached video. It tracks the rings, works out where each one is going, throws with whichever hand is free, moves out of the way of the obstacles, and does not wait around to see whether the last throw landed. Shipping settings, no difficulty edits, no health locks, no slow motion. It plays until it actually loses. The takeaway generalizes beyond games: an agent does not have to be the player. Even following the same rules as a player, it has too much latency between moves. Having the agent write the thing that acts bypasses that constraint entirely. Try it yourself: or explore the agent-created skill and scripts: Based on NeonReach VR by Dilmer, with no code changes. I only upgraded its Meta XR Core SDK to v205, which ships Meta XR Operator. Our blog post, Introducing Meta XR Operator: Close the Build-Test-Verify Loop for VR: Disclosure: I work at Meta. And this represents my own opinion. #XR #VR #AI #MetaQuest #Unity #GameDev

Did you know⁉️ Just Blaze produced the track, sampling Rose Royce’s 1976 ballad “I’m Going Down” (pitching up elements for that signature early-2000s “chipmunk soul” sound)‼️. He originally made a faster version of the beat for Memphis Bleek, who passed on it‼️. Just Blaze slowed and reworked it; Jay-Z heard it, liked it, and asked to hold it since he wasn’t actively working on an album at the time (right after "The Blueprint 2")‼️. The beat sat unused for a while (Cam’ron has said roughly two months)‼️. Cam’ron and Juelz Santana ended up taking it‼️Juelz reportedly pushed Cam to grab the beat‼️. They recorded quickly and got an unmixed version on New York radio (Hot 97) almost immediately, before the sample was fully cleared‼️. There was some initial tension: Just Blaze worried about the uncleared sample and publishing issues, and Jay-Z was reportedly annoyed that the beat went to Cam instead of him‼️. Once it blew up, they smoothed it over. Cam has joked about it being a hit that justified giving up some publishing, referencing Jay’s own experience with “Hard Knock Life.”‼️ The song is pure Dipset-era swagger and wordplay‼️. The repeated “Oh boy” hook and references (“look at his kicks… look at his car… all I say is oh boy”) play on multiple meanings of “boy”‼️the drug money funding the lifestyle, admiration from women, loyalty to the crew (“my boy”), and general Harlem flexing‼️. Cam and Juelz trade verses full of street talk, materialism, women, guns, bail money, and crew loyalty, delivered with Cam’s signature witty, rapid-fire internal rhymes and a lighthearted tone that still nods to the real risks of the life‼️. Chart success and impact⁉️ Released as a single in April 2002, it peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100‼️, spent five weeks at #1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart‼️, and hit #1 on Hot Rap Tracks‼️. It earned a Grammy nomination and later ranked on VH1’s 100 Greatest Songs of Hip Hop‼️. The music video, shot in Harlem and directed by Bryan Barber and Jim Jones, features cameos from Dame Dash, Jim Jones, Angie Martinez, and others from the Roc/Dipset circle‼️. It was a breakthrough for Cam’ron on Roc-A-Fella and helped introduce Juelz Santana and the broader Diplomats sound to a wider audience‼️. Mariah Carey later interpolated/sampled it for her 2002 track “Boy (I Need You)” (featuring Cam)‼️. Jay-Z recorded a verse for a remix that included a Nas diss‼️. Cam’ron (with Juelz) thought it was weak and had it erased‼️Cam has called it “crazy trash” and said he didn’t want it circulating‼️. The official remix that did come out featured Birdman, TQ, and Jim Jones instead‼️. In short, “Oh Boy” is the classic example of Cam and Dipset turning a leftover beat into a massive, catchy street hit through sharp wordplay, Harlem energy, and Just Blaze’s production‼️.

How to build a 1-person AI company that: - Runs locally - 100% open-source - No human employees, all agents - Real-time collaboration via email Multi-agent orchestration is not new. Plenty of frameworks already let agents hand off tasks, run in parallel, and talk to each other. So the interesting question is not whether agents can collaborate. It is what structure you use to make them collaborate. The common approach is to wire a graph of nodes and edges and reason about the plumbing yourself. It works, but you are learning a new abstraction just to describe who does what. There is a coordination structure we have trusted for a hundred years already: an organization. Every company runs the same way. People have roles, roles have reporting lines, and work moves up and down that chart without anyone relaying each message by hand. Map that onto agents and the whole thing gets intuitive. You lay out an org chart, each agent fills one role, you talk to the person at the top, and the org sorts out the work between them. You already know how a company works, so you already know how to run one here. There is no new abstraction to learn. That is exactly what Alook does. Each agent is a live Claude Code or OpenCode session with a defined role, a reporting line, and its own email inbox. The agents coordinate over email, the same way a team would. And it all runs locally through a runtime on your own machine, so nothing leaves your setup. You bring your own agent too. Claude Code and Codex both work, and if you would rather stay fully open source and local, OpenCode works the same way. To show how this feels in practice, I set up three agents as a small sales team. Vi is the one I talk to. I hand Vi a goal, and Vi routes the work down the chart. Neile runs prospect research. Vi passes the target criteria, and Neile reports back a ranked list of names, roles, and companies, each with a suggested angle and a confidence score. Lliane runs outreach. Vi hands over the messaging angle and follow-up cadence, and Lliane reports back on emails sent, responses received, and any deal that needs escalation. I never relay a message between them. Neile and Lliane report to Vi, and Vi updates me in one place. The whole thing is open source and self-hosted, so it runs on your machine with your own agents. Give the repo a star if you want to follow where it goes: I also wrote a full walkthrough on building your own AI company with it, from a blank org chart to a running job. The article is quoted below. Cheers! :)
