Gov't and Red Cross personnel are getting paid per diem and staying in luxury accommodations. While storm victims are sleeping on cots. FEMA funding should be diverted to the individual states. FEMA basically redistributed funding to assist in the Illegal immigration problem that the Biden administration created. They are damn gov't employed thieves.
