They forget these hillbillies been running moonshine for years, know ways to snake around mountains and 'divert' chainsaws. Why should this be happening? FEMA can help or get out of the way. This is a dumb argument. Wearing flip flops in a communal shower is a cleanliness issue. It helps stave off the spread of disease. I've spend a lot of time either locked up or in halfway houses everyone uses flip flops in the shower to avoid diseases like abscesses that can kill.
