Look I realize cops can be annoying, but where do you actually get from being an annoyance? How hard is it to show your ID and get on with your night? In Florida, you don't have to provide ID during a consensual encounter or without reasonable suspicion of a crime. Simply eating in your parked car isn't illegal or loitering, so the demand for ID appears unfounded and the situation escalated without basis. Once lawfully detained with suspicion, ID is often required— but not in this scenario.
