I agree but beside the point. Why won’t people just produce ID and info? He’s in closed business parking. Claim to be a worker. After hours. With no apparent construction tools. Parking in vehicle he doesn’t own. Cops patrol streets for our businesses. They do mine. Just show ID. 🙄

Funny, i thought the tresspasser had to be asked to leave by the property owner prior to the police officer intervening as well as the officer cannot solicit a tresspass. Seems iinda backwards....

This is just sad! The people in charge of upholding the law are the ones that don’t know the first thing about it.

No a reasonable person wouldn't just give up all their rights and do what you want minus a crime, now if there's a crime he has to do what you want ass hats. And the civilian is 100% correct in the law and he has business there working on the building so trespass doesn't work.
