LETS GOOOOOOO FEMBOY GOALLLSSSSSSSSSS It’s a hard thing to work for and consistently at that, but it’s def one of the most rewarding things once you see significant progress. Acrually it’s super comparable to growing a Vtubing presence. Small and sustainable changes over time!

100% fair and mood I was 218 a year ago but after cutting off sugar and greasy food and when on a diet with a bit of exercise (a little big of sickness) I’m 170 and as much as that’s like a good weight for my height I still don’t feel like it’s good enough
