It seems like the chicken would cool down before it got all the way around and only cook on one side. On Maui they have Huli huli, turn turn, chicken. They all rotate in a circular cage and each individual chicken also rotates individually. This ferris wheel must be AI.

All that food, out in the open, most of the time away from the heat. It does not bode well for the condition of it when it finally gets to the hands of those who are supposed to eat it.
