There should be a law on books for guys like Fetterman. Every dime he raised as a Democrat on a Democrat platform should be returned to his donors. He should be kicked out and never allowed to run for ANY office

I made two $10 donations to John Fetterman in 2022. I want my money back. I'm not a lawyer, but if he switches parties then I'd love to see a class-action lawsuit against him for fraud. I'm sure everyone who donated to him did so under the assumption that he was a Democrat who held Democratic values and would remain a Democrat. And it seems that every Pennsylvania voter who supported him in the Pennsylvania Democratic primary and general election would have a stake in this as well. I know class-action lawsuits are notoriously difficult to bring, much less win, but if we can't have a lawsuit, the least we can all do is call him a fraudulent con artist.
