Man, the more I watch old footage, the more I realize Michael Jackson was an absolute phenomenon a true once in a generation talent. There are moments in his performances where his movement, his control, his charisma it all feels so superhuman that you genuinely start to wonder if he was built different. Like he wasn’t playing by the same rules as the rest of us.🤦🏾‍♂️ And then you remember he was only 17 years old when he was doing all of that. Just a teenager. That level of greatness at such a young age is honestly insane. What a gift he was to the world 😮‍💨

With just a few steps of his long, gangly, earthworm-like legs, he would propel himself into the sky and see the swampy wetlands from a new perspective. Six steps in, and he could feel his body become weightless, so he flapped his little, nubby wings with everything he had. 8 steps in, and he couldn’t help but smile because his moment of graceful flight was imminent! jay went through A LOT yesterday. not only did his leather jacket got torn during their first song which was bthb, but the antenna of his in-ear was bent so he had to sing bthb, xo, and bite me without his in-ear i was watching fancams from yesterday and at one point, he was holding his in-ear receiver while he was dancing. he wasn’t present during the first few moments of their ment bc he had his in-ear monitor system fixed. and lastly, he almost slipped a couple of times i’m just so proud that he was able to overcome these and that his worries about his performance yesterday were resolved. you did well, jongseong 🫳🏻 #ENHYPEN_JAY #JAY #엔하이픈_제이 #제이 #ジェイ #ENHYPEN #엔하이픈

One of my favorite details is when Arya finally started calling him “Sandor” instead of “The Hound.” It wasn’t just a name it was an acknowledgment that she no longer saw him as a monster, but as a man.
