Few people outside of Menindee have heard of it before, a catastrophic fish kill five years ago. Now, millions of fish once again have been found dead as locals plead for more help from authorities. Water researcher Kate McBride explains what is causing the mass deaths.

@Kate_McBride_1 Ask Angus how his family ended up with millions from the Murray Darling fund… don’t ask the National Party idiot who did nothing for 9 years.

@Kate_McBride_1 You think few people have heard of Menindee Lakes? Don't judge Australians by your own ignorance. How many fish kills have there been in recent years since more water has been rorted/taken from the Condamine/Baaka? Did you even talk about those fish kills or the water rorts?

@Kate_McBride_1 Remember the $10 billion dollar Murray River fund that was supposed to manage the volume of water through the river…

@Kate_McBride_1 The LNP politicians & NSW bureaucrats are saying if their is water in the river and it’s hot ⬇️ their will be more dead fish, not my problem. Next they’ll solve the problems by taking the rest of the water 🤷♂️ See no dead fish- problem solved
