You need to be keyed in to have any control of that train,the 'best' these mongs could do is activate the emergency brake,or cause damage. I'm guessing the guard is either performing revenue duties,or its Driver only operated......which encourages/attracts incidents like this.

These controls are disabled because there is another control carriage at the front. The idiots are pulling levers with no effect; that's why they keep aggressively operating them. There is a driver at the front of the train who has full control.
