“IYALOJA GENERAL” IS ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL Ever since the purported “installation” of a new ”Iyaloja” in Edo State by Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo, who styles herself the Iyaloja-General of Nigeria, I have been inundated with questions asking me to comment. Because of my ongoing investigation into the Edo State vs EuroAfrica CCI $250 Million deal, I initially held back. But after reviewing the Nigerian Constitution and relevant statutory frameworks, it is clear that the very concept and office of an Iyaloja-General is not only alien to Edo culture, but also illegal unconstitutional, and without statutory authority. Consequently, it has no legal power to confer titles in Edo State. Let us break this down carefully: 1. Is “Iyaloja-General” a constituted office? No. There is no federal constitutional or statutory office called “Iyaloja-General.” The 1999 Constitution (as amended) lists federal and state offices, commissions, and authorities. The title “Iyaloja-General” does not appear anywhere. It is a traditional or civil-society designation, not a public office created by law. 2. Do states have market women’s associations? Yes, but these are typically private associations, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020. They enjoy legal personality but have no governmental authority. Some states, such as Lagos, have created state-level market councils by law, but this is not universal and is strictly state-specific. 3. In Benin, what regulates the Iyeki role? The Oba of Benin has made it clear: market leadership in Benin is guided by the Iyeki system, a traditional office. Traders in each market choose their Iyeki, and the Oba’s palace confirms the selection. Iyeki duties are cultural and administrative, rooted in Benin tradition. There is no Edo State statute that overrides this customary process. 4. What authority does an “Iyaloja-General” have in Edo? None. Under the Nigerian Constitution, there is no power for an “Iyaloja-General” to install market leaders in Edo. At best, such an appointment would carry weight only inside her private association, not within Edo’s traditional or legal framework. For context, Lagos State is considering a Market Authority Bill that proposes an advisory council where an Iyaloja-General may be mentioned. But that is Lagos State law, not federal law, and it does not extend to Edo. 5. How much is the Edo State Government backing this? Despite the Oba’s firm rejection of the Iyaloja concept in Benin, the so-called installation was hosted inside the Edo State Government House. Reports confirm that top officials attended: the governor’s sister (who's the "first lady" of Edo State, representing her brother), the Commissioner for Women Affairs, the Commissioner for Health (Dr Cyril Oshiomhole), and several others in Governor Okpebholo’s administration. During the event, promises of “2.5 million votes” for President Tinubu in the 2027 elections were openly made. That raises urgent questions: • Was this really a customary installation, or a political rally disguised as tradition? • Why has the Edo State Governor himself remained silent since? • Why did the state government lend institutional weight to an office that is neither constitutional, nor statutory, nor indigenous to Edo culture? 6. On the ethnic spin Some have tried to frame this as an ethnic quarrel. That is misleading. The Oba of Benin never reduced the matter to who was installed, but to what was being installed. His objection was categorical: the very concept of an Iyaloja-General is alien to Benin tradition. Therefore, even if it had been an Edo woman from Ogbe who was “installed,” it would still be wrong. This is a matter of legality and culture, not ethnicity. My conclusion From a legal perspective, the title “Iyaloja-General of Nigeria” is nonexistent in the Constitution. From a cultural perspective, it is alien to Benin tradition.

Today, at Redeemer’s University Redeemer's University, Ede, Osun State, I was glad to commission the new Institute of Genomics and Global Health, marking a significant evolution from ACEGID’s @acegid status as a center of excellence. This moment is not only a proud achievement for all those involved, but it also stands as a powerful symbol of what African scientific leadership can achieve on the global stage. Under the visionary leadership of Prof Christian Happi Christian T. Happi, the team at ACEGID has made extraordinary strides in genomic research, particularly in addressing some of the most pressing infectious disease challenges of our time. The inauguration of the Institute reminds us that the work being done by the ACEGID team is a global public good, benefiting not only Nigeria and Africa but also contributing to global health security. The partnerships fostered between institutions and scientists from the Global North and South are a testament to our shared commitment to protecting and advancing human health. This collaboration has demonstrated what is possible when we work together to confront challenges that affect us all. Under the visionary leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Bola Ahmed Tinubu health security remains a central pillar of our broader strategy to transform Nigeria’s health system, unlock the value chain, and improve population health outcomes. This is why supporting cutting-edge scientific research, like the work at this Institute, is essential. We need to create a health system environment with strong public health capabilities to withstand the potential and evolving threats posed by infectious diseases and the ongoing impacts of climate change. The pace at which new health threats are emerging is accelerating, and with it, the need for robust scientific responses. The innovations in genomics we are witnessing at ACEGID provide a glimmer of hope, offering us the tools we need to be better prepared for what may come. The Federal Government of Nigeria Government of Nigeria is fully committed to supporting these efforts, knowing that science must lead the way in securing a healthier future for all.

🇳🇵| #Nepal | The devastation in #Rasuwa is not an act of nature. It is the visible wound of a nation that has been carved up and sold by its own political class to foreign corporations and global financial institutions. Nepal's sovereignty has been under quiet, systematic attack for decades, and the landslide is the result. The government of Nepal did not merely fail to protect its people. It actively enabled their destruction through policies that prioritised foreign investment, "development" loans, and infrastructure projects over the lives of those in the mountains. The same pattern we have exposed across India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan is operating here. The globalist machine needs Nepal's rivers, its hydropower, its strategic location between China and India, and its people as a cheap, disposable labour force. What has happened in Rasuwa is part of this same plan. The hydropower rush in the Himalayan rivers has destabilised the slopes. Roads are carved through unstable geology without proper engineering, funded by development banks that demand Nepal remain a debtor nation. Forests are stripped. The people are told to accept "progress." Then the rains come, engineered or not, and the mountain comes down. The state calls it a natural disaster. The media says "pray for Nepal." And the same companies that pushed the projects arrive later for the "reconstruction." Nepal's tragedy is that its people have been taught to see themselves as victims of geography. They are victims of governance. The same globalist networks that are flooding Assam, burning Europe, shaking Turkey and Japan, and bulldozing Palestine are now tightening their grip on the Himalayas. Nepal is a key piece on that board. Its government has signed the agreements. The land has been mapped, zoned, and mortgaged. The people are in the way. I will not pretend that a single, tidy "plan" explains every layer of corruption in Nepal. But I will say this clearly: the flood and landslide did not have to be fatal. The deaths are the result of decades of deliberate neglect, of state capture by local and foreign oligarchs, and of an economic model that treats the mountains and their people as resources to be extracted rather than lives to be protected. The people of Nepal deserve more than prayers. They deserve the truth. That truth is that their government has failed them, and the same invisible system that is devastating the rest of the world is now using their rivers, their mountains, and their grief as fuel. The prayer posts will fade. The system will remain. Unless the people of Nepal, and of every targeted nation, choose to stop accepting the lie that the land is their enemy. The land is not the enemy. The land has been betrayed. The monsoon is the trigger. The real weapon was wielded long before the rain came.

PRESS RELEASE Forgery As State Policy: Bola Ahmed Tinubu, His Cabinet, And The Department of State Services (DSS) Must Be Held Accountable Tuesday's resignation of Uche Nnaji, Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, has once again brought to light the deep moral crisis at the heart of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration. What should ordinarily be a matter of national shame is now being disguised as a “voluntary resignation”, an attempt to whitewash yet another scandal that typifies the forgery-ridden character of this government. Let the truth be told: Uche Nnaji should not have been allowed the courtesy of resignation. He should have been summarily dismissed and prosecuted for deceit and falsification. By permitting him to quietly exit through the backdoor, the Tinubu administration has once again demonstrated that it is an assembly of forgers, impostors, and morally bankrupt individuals masquerading as public servants. What makes this even more embarrassing is that the same Department of State Services (DSS) which screened out Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai for alleged “security concerns” is the very agency that cleared this same character, Uche Nnaji. The DSS truly deserves our flowers for this national disgrace. Their failure of due diligence has made Nigeria an object of ridicule before the world and raises the question: how many more of such individuals are occupying sensitive positions in this government? This episode is not isolated. It is a reflection of a pattern, a rot that begins from the very top. The man who occupies the office of President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has for decades been enmeshed in controversies surrounding his identity, age, and academic records. From the Chicago State University saga to multiple contradictory claims under oath, the world has seen ample evidence that Nigeria today is led by a man who himself has been unable to credibly defend the authenticity of his own certificates. When a man of questionable identity leads a country, deception becomes the standard of governance. Tinubu’s personal history of alleged forgery and perjury has effectively institutionalised falsehood in public service. It is, therefore, unsurprising that his ministers and aides have taken after his example by falsifying documents, inflating records, and desecrating the moral foundation of our nation. I, therefore, call for an independent, transparent, and comprehensive investigation into the academic and professional credentials of all members of the Federal Executive Council, beginning with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu himself. Nigerians deserve to know the truth about those who preside over their lives and resources. Until this cleansing is done, Nigeria will continue to sink deeper into moral decay, economic ruin, and global embarrassment. The time has come to rescue our country from the grip of deceit and restore integrity to public life. Signed: Atiku Abubakar Abubakar Vice President of Nigeria, 1999-2007 Abuja October 08, 2025.

So, my opinion on what the Antarctic (Antarctica) Anomaly is that it's a type of frequency technology. It must be way more powerful than HAARP, as many have claimed it to be, because we would see these anomalies at other HAARP sites, and we don't, not like this. With that said, and I'm very much trying to avoid letting what I want it to be not play a part here, I think it is a technology that is being used either off the coast of Antarctica itself or Bouvet Island. A third possibility is an area just to the northwest of the island that looks odd. It's possible it is a sonar scan from a ship, but why in that remote location? It looks like an antenna set up or rows of something that is out of place. I also believe that the weather events and fires that have taken place in Africa could possibly have been because of this. Each time we saw the anomaly, it was followed by a destructive weather event in Africa. A weird connection to that is we have been told and warned of a very busy 2024 Atlantic hurricane season. This is in part because of the above-average Atlantic ocean temperatures, which is the fuel to Hurricanes. With all this info, it's possible to see how the Anomaly could be a frequency tech that can manipulate or create weather, And or WARM up the Ocean temps to purposely enhance the Hurricane season and Storm growth. Keep in mind that many of our hurricanes and many of the biggest hurricanes have come from the west coast of Africa and form over the Cape Verde islands before heading towards the Caribbean and the United States. This is all of course speculation, and I'm learning many new things every day, so this idea may morph over time as we learn more. In the end, it is very hard to ignore all these findings. #antarctica #anonaly #AntarcticaAnomaly #BouvetIsland

We have now been informed that a naval drone—which is NOT Ukrainian (according to the Minister of Defense)—loaded with explosives was destroyed 80-100 meters from the Neptun Deep platform. F-16 were used to destroy it, firing their onboard cannons (the cannon is a 6-barrel rotary machine gun, kind of like the one on the Predator that Schwarzenegger used in the forest—only more powerful). Given that it was 80–100 meters away and wasn’t engaged by anyone on the platform or in the surrounding area, this concerns me. Back in 2023, I wrote about a secret everyone knew: Neptun Deep project is located within the exclusive economic zone (EEZ), so it’s in our part of the Black Sea, but it is NOT protected by NATO. This exclusive zone borders Ukraine to the north and northeast. Except that the northeastern part is de facto controlled by russia, as it is the EEZ of the Crimean Peninsula. Neptun Deep is focused on gas extraction and transforming Romania into the largest producer and exporter of gas in the European Union. Who do you think is most economically affected by this? You guessed it: russia. Because gas will be extracted from the Pelican block for at least the next 20 years. Do you think we no longer need gas? We do—for example, for massive AI data centers, which are energy-intensive. Neptun Deep is such a strategic and beneficial project for Romania—and so detrimental to russia—that as early as 2023, I, a simple man with some wartime experience, predicted that the russians would target Neptun Deep. They will use hybrid attacks against our project. The Ministry of Defense and the Romanian Presidency must provide us with assurances and some information (of the kind that does not compromise OPSEC) on how we will protect our project. If the drone turns out to be russian—as I am convinced it is—then the russian ambassador in Bucharest must be expelled immediately, as today’s incident constitutes a direct attack on Romania’s energy security and the prosperity brought about by the development there. No mercy! Get out!
