Rangers: Defensive Disorganisation As an Analyst, working in football, I always try to tow-the-line of being respectful about professional players when covering them but I am also a Rangers fan. What I have watched in the last 4 games is utterly astonishing from Coaching Principles to Player Responsibility: > Man-Marking or Ball-Orientated Defending? > Analysed & Addressed? > Player Reactions & Responsibility? > Player Pride & Work-Rate? The lack of responsibility and people willing to actually do the basics like run & do hard yards for each other is actually disgusting to watch as a fan and unprofessional to watch as an analyst.

In one of the games between Argentina and Bangladesh, a Bangladeshi player attempted to dribble an Argentine player and failed and the frustrated Kanglu kicked the Argentine player. And soon everyone started fighting with each other. The refree instead of punishing Kanglu players shamelessle showed red card to Argentina's player. The same player was punched by Kanglus on head. International teams should avoid Bangladesh for their own safety. Bangladesh is not fit to host any tournament, doesn't matter how small it is.

RECRUITING AND MARKETING College roster spots are in demand and players need to not only produce but find ways to stand out. Players, parents, and coaches marketing to college teams a necessary (highlight film, networking, etc) The biggest thing you want to avoid is overhyping the player in the marketing. College coaches are going to do their research, watch full games, talk to people and eventually will figure out who you actually are as a player - whether that’s in the recruiting process or when you get to campus. I’ve always been more concerned with the Accounting - can the player actually play, what do they need to work on to produce more for their team now, and also to have a chance at the next level… the accounting always tells the truth, marketing can lie.

** Sega Genesis 3D engine Update 5 ** Added support for Quads - quads are faster than triangles for drawing 4 sided objects ( vs 2 triangles ) as theres larger filling runs before edges. Made multiple enhancements to Triangle and Quad drawing for speed. 27% faster than last Video for triangle drawing. Changed back to Non linear frame buffer + DMA for speed of frame buffer (fb) transfer. The two buffer systems ( Linear FB + CPU blit Vs Non Linear FB + DMA transfer ) I have competing and porting optimisations back to either for the meantime. Triangle drawing vertex calculation done in Assembly . Triangle and Quad functions now loop in Assembly saving stack calls from C. Next tasks, H40 mode for Faster DMA with centered screen , more optimisations in setup , more optimisations in cullling and more detail in general. #SGDK #SegaGenesis #SegaMegadrive
