Ending your first point here - who told you that government school are built for Reserved cast students only? Go to hilly areas UK, HP including northeastern states or remote area of other states; their is no scope for private schools. More than 80% of students there are from GC.

Ok, I am an obc guy preparing for computer instructor in rajasthan. Total =2400(apx) ST = 1200 SC = 700 OBC = 180(90 for women) Open = 300 I am fighting with 70% of public to get a seat those 300-350. But someone can pass with 70/200 marks. Fair enough ofc.
