EAGAN: Troopers were dispatched for a wrong-way driver who was southbound in the northbound lanes of Hwy. 77, passing Old Shakopee Rd. in Bloomington. The driver turned around on the Cedar Avenue Bridge and went northbound, exited and then went southbound again in the correct lanes. Troopers stopped the driver on Hwy. 77 just south of Hwy. 13 by around 3:15 a.m. and the driver reportedly admitted to mistakenly heading the wrong-way.
