fighting a boss battle while riding on a horse carriage.. it doesn’t get any better than this; easily my game of the year.

How do you consider a game you haven’t played, don’t even know the story of it GOTY material just based on a short scene. Is it cool yes, will the parry system probably make people cry yes. But GOTY idk.

Yeah, really cinematic, but the boss looks like a damage sponge and the little space for the battle forces you to parry all the time with no freedom to choose another strategy. Let's hope for the better and see how it is after release.

This is utterly idiotic and dumb. It is unfathomable to me how they could possibly think this would make for good advertising. Soulslike equivalent of a turret section. A glorified qte.

Stuff like this looks cool of course, but find its more spectacle than substance. Sony games typically prioritize the spectacle over the gameplay. Which is why I never adore them as much as many other games just prioritize gameplay. That being said this games gameplay does look solid, so hopefully its all fanstastic.
