Fighting is intensifying in Yemen as government-aligned forces launch counterattacks against the Iran-backed Houthis in Taiz and Hodeidah. Hundreds of people have reportedly been killed over the past 24 hours, as thousands are forced to flee the conflict.

Houthis are the government. What you are referring as the government, their leaders are not even sitting in Yemen, they are in Saudi. So actually Yemeni people are fighting against Saudi and Qatari rebels
