Figured out what I’m doing with the Action Button on iPhone 15 Pro! It now opens a list of quick shortcuts and actions I perform often. Kinda like a personal Control Center in a way.

*The error returned with the Play Music option was because the music app is messed up on my phone cause I hit some device account limit.

While it’s highly customized to me and will require modifications to work properly for you, here’s the shortcut link:

For those asking about the app featured in Drive Mode: it’s my app, @DrivometerApp. The full screen mode shown is in beta, which you can test here: I know the beta is free, but I do intend for it to be a $0.99 app… consider paying if you really like it!

Soooo I got to check out (and drive) the Rivian/Amazon electric delivery van. It's kinda sick! I see them everywhere, and always wondered what sort of features it has for drivers Full video (shot on iPhone 15 Pro in HDR) is here!

Alright, so I kinda-sorta figured out how the new weight thing works. I suck at it though. As the circle closes the left mouse button in the middle darkens. Once it's dark you click and then sometimes it's successful. The timing feels like more of a guess than a prediction.

I think I’m kinda obsessed with MiniMax Design now One prompt. That’s it. What was I even doing before this? Just a few minutes and one prompt gets you a full retro Japanese travel-poster-style video. MiniMax Design really brings out the best in H3 And no, I’m not exaggerating

Shawn on what his younger self would think about his career now: “‘When I’m 50? Not when I’m 30?!’ I’m so appreciative and thankful for what this has unlocked for me… I know what it feels like to be a young kid like Jack (from In & Out) and not really thinking I had a way out.”

$Device Hub in Xcode 27.1 has a hidden Action Bar specifically for iPhone Duo. It gives you a lot more control over the device angle, and you can quickly switch between 5 device poses with keyboard shortcuts. There’s also a “Table Mode” control. To enable: defaults write com\.apple.dt.Devices com\.apple.dt.coredevicepop.useInternalV68ActionBar -bool true and restart Device Hub. The iPhone Duo simulator also comes with a hidden HingeStatePoster wallpaper.$

Q. behind story of your hairstyles 🥟 i like changing hairstyles. there was a time where i suddenly wanted to do a buzzcut so i shaved (my hair). there was also a time where i wanted to grow my hair out, so i tried long hair. now it’s like i’m going to kinda hold it in and try ordinary hairstyles. ofc although i don’t really like doing ordinary hairstyles on stage, i’m going to try it out, stays like it

Today marked my final day at Apple, closing an incredible two-and-a-half-year chapter of my career. During my time here, I had the privilege of conceptualizing and building the framework that powers real-time 3D experiences across project that defined a whole new discipline. I was also fortunate to contribute to the launches of multiple products, including Apple Vision Pro, iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, and iPhone 16 Pro. I’m deeply grateful for the friendships I’ve made along the way and will forever cherish the memories of this remarkable journey with such talented individuals.

Managed to do something crazy with Halo. It now has realtime iMessage sync support *without needing a Mac*. Everything done locally on your iPhone using Shortcuts automation. The agent now has context about your conversations/SMS and it opens up a whole world of possibilities from knowing about people, travel, transactions, etc. Another world-first for Halo. I expect others to follow.
