I am filing but it is filled with holes during the invasion there were no bases until toward the end of the deployment.

@TheProblem Thank you for alerting us to this August 9, 2023 deadline and for making the point about intent to file. Because of your care and concern my Vietnam combat veteran was able to file PACT Act intent yesterday. An Agent Orange eval will be set up, and we now have the forms to file.

When we got our letter (burn pit exposure) it said that all findings would supersede any findings from the va. Did they change this? I don’t trust it.
