I have never played teleglitch, but is that a good thing?

I would say you should at least check out the gameplay trailer. Also I think their game is free now too.

seriously, the way it takes your focus away from combat just as much as reloading really would emphasizes the frantic feeling i like the idea of having to play around with new guns in the physics space to figure out how to reload them

Yep, and for players that find it too stressful I am gonna add a mechanic that does it automatically when magazine is empty. But in hardcore mode, yes every weapon have to manually reload during combat

That reloading animation is the best I’ve ever seen in a top down perspective. Award winning.
