i haven't played 16 yet, but i'm quite fond with how 15 went with combat, would you say it's quite similar in a sense of fast paced?

Similar pacing, but better combat

Have fun with it! The combat gets way better snd more varied as you unlock abilities. After that its just up to your creativity.

If I wanted to play devil may cry i would. Square lost their way expedition 33 found it

Really started to open up when um some big transformations started happening.

As someone who has played all the final fantasy games including Remakes, Spin offs. Sequels and MMOs. FF16 is easily one of my least favorites. The whole Devil May Cry combat killed any sense of Final Fantasy for me. The Story was ok. 9 and 11 are my favorites.
