Final Fantasy Friday: It’s remarkable how often Bone Dungeon (FFMQ) intrusively plays in my head. A snare and timpani keep beat alongside volleying brass and pan flute. Brass and synth then rock the melody as the pan flute bridges the loop. Excellent first true dungeon track.

Circa 1992: Fred, Rich and Rob on the set of ‘Deeply Dippy’… somewhere in the middle of the ocean 🤣 ‘Deeply Dippy’ was a risk because it’s a swing track and not a dance track. This paid off when it became our first track to top the UK charts, taking our debut album 'UP' to #1. Here we are then… eve of the coast to coast cycling challenge. On my way to the start line! I’ll be on Classic FM in the morning and then the 200 mile ride for Global's Make Some Noise begins in Hull at 11am with a brass band. We are working our way to Sheffield and then Sheffield to Liverpool on Friday. I’m sure we’ll have some fun along the way but it’s going to be gruelling.
