I might have to start training at home more often. Everything is closed and I ain’t driving on these icy roads, so the family is training at the home gym. Hit 315 on bench for an easy 9 reps. I could have tried for 10 but I’m too old for that and as strong as Preston is, lifting 315 off of your pops is a lot to ask. Backup generator, home gym, sauna, wrestling mats and more - no gains will be missed by the Lobliner family. Thomas has already had three of his teammates over for open mat. Hope y’all are having a great weekend!

Started incorporating, micro nutrients, like magnesium and omega-3 to my training and the results are honestly insane. See if you’re older man trying to get in shape you’re not already incorporating these definitely give it a shot. It’s helped me so much. This is benefits for me. Front squats have always been a glaring weakness for me. Some of it has to do with poor limb leverages for it, for example my best back squat in a powerlifting competition was 640lbs whereas best front squat was 320 lbs-They kind of suck to do as they are uncomfortable, but they are on the path of where I want to go as an athlete so as they say “c’est la vie” -I’ll be doing them a lot more! On a good note, made some decent progress on rowing fitness today!

I bought my first 15 passenger van in 2004 and started touring to make a living fresh out of yeshiva. I didn’t wait for a record deal or an agent, because for me live music has always been the core. From that first tour where I brought a laundry basket of books and a cooler full of kosher meat it’s been a journey. I’ve spent the better part of the last 22 years traveling around this country playing my songs for you and it feels so good to still be doing it. Thank you.
