How about Weevils Baseball taking sole possession of first place in the GAC after a doubleheader sweep of NWOSU? Arkansas-Monticello trailed in both games at one point (7-2 in Game 1 and 10-4 in Game 2), but this offense didn't quit to get two wins by the score of 17-8 and 15-13 respectively. Aidan Garrett homered 4 times on the day, 3 in Game 1 and 1 in Game 2 with 8 total RBI. Chaz Poppy homered 3 times on the day, 2 in Game 1 and 1 in Game 2 with 7 total RBI. How about an EMPHATIC series win for Emmanuel University Baseball? They take two of three on the road at RV Lee and win both games by over 10 runs! Brock Wollin had a DAY today, going 3/5 with 2 HR and 8 RBI! He had 10 on the weekend. Landon Mokris went 8/12 with 5 extra base hits and 4 RBI. Ryan Muniz went 7/12 with 6 RBI in the series. Each week I do two back to back long runs. I’m in the THICK of training for my next 100miler. This week, the 2 back-to-back runs equaled nearly 12hrs of running, 5:45hrs Tuesday and 6hrs Wednesday. I was in Phoenix for Thanksgiving with family so I was able to run in the desert /warm conditions just east of the city - good training for my HURT 100miler in January (on Oahu). Also very technical! Back to back long runs allow me to do two hard endurance efforts on consecutive days without the same body fatigue/impact I’d get from just doing a single day 12hr run. First 2 pics are from Day 1 run, second 2 (pic/video) from day 2. Was definitely tired by the end of day 2. But felt good most the run. Need to dial in my calories better. Had to carry all my water for nearly 6hrs for day 1. Very heavy pack (13 pounds in a Salomon 12L). Day 2 had a water refill halfway through, still good amount of weight carried, but way less than day 1 (took 48oz + calories).

They are 5-0 in the Sunbelt. People have wanted a winning product, and Huff has delivered by flipping a 1-11 team over night basically. The Eags not only have a chance to win the west, and play for a conference championship. But win out and with some help there is a small outside chance of being the G5 team in the playoffs. Which is crazy to say, but it’s not impossible. The team is fun to watch, and KujForCongress brings the energy to make it a good time for everyone. Don’t miss out! The Northwest Baseball had a great week of MIAA action this week, going 3-1, beating Washburn in a midweek and taking a HUGE series victory over No.3 MSSU. Connor Polli was nails out of the Bearcat bullpen today, going 5 shutout innings in relief to get the win. Polli hasn't allowed a run in his last 3 appearances. Speaking of great, Ryan Williams has been great with a 9-game hit streak and a 6-game RBI streak. Williams is the team leading hitter at .400 (3rd in MIAA) Trey Morris had 7 hits and 6 RBI over the week, now at a team lead 45 RBI (3rd in MIAA). #D2Baseball

Hernandez went 9-for-15 with 2 HR and 6 RBI on the week, he’s hitting an impressive .384 on the year. Josean Sánchez went 5-for-11 and is hitting .410 with a nine game hit streak. OFFICIAL: WW GUIDE FOR TOTENREICH: 1. Head to The Drydocks and lower The Crane, this will allow you to wall jump and interact with the tip of the ship to pick up the Chain Link 2. Next, Head to Storm Bridge and pick up Chili Chunks behind the truck next to Deadshot 3. Place Chili Chunks on the table in the middle of the Skalen Market 4. Next, Head to Burial Grounds left-side door and interact with the keyhole. 5. Interact with the door again and hold it to open the door and to unlock the underground area. 6. This will spawn a Zursa Bear during a special round (starting the second special round) you need to kill him and he will drop The Lantern 7. Place The Lantern in the center of the Underground Room in Burial Grounds. 8. Constellations will appear around the wall. Interact with them as they’re shown on the table in this order: left, right, back, front. 9. Once completed, Astrid will appear and talk, she will then travel to different areas of the map. She will occasionally stop and you will need to kill frost zombies next to her. 10. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. I have not seen enough about the decision from Mike Vrabel and Tim Kelly to go for 2 down by 8 last night. Here’s why I loved it: 1) NFL teams this season have been successful on 55% of two-point conversion attempts. The odds were in the Titans’ favor. 2) Will Levis was dealing in the 2nd half. 3) Titans still had all three timeouts and the two-minute warning. 4) Miami struggled to move the ball on offense all night. Their three scoring drives went for 12, 7, and 59 yards. 5) If successful on the two-point conversion, a stop on defense and a TD wins the game. If unsuccessful, you can still send it to OT. 6) Titans offense marched down the field, scored the TD to make it a one possession game and essentially told Miami, “we are going for two because we know you cannot stop us right now.” The odds are in your favor. It’s a good mathematical decision. You want to psych out an opposing offense? Give them the ball knowing they need to run the clock out, or you are going to have a chance to WIN the game, not send it to overtime. They saw what your offense just did to their defense. They saw your QB on the sideline screaming and hyping everyone up. Cutting the lead to six put WAY more pressure on the Dolphins offense. You want to hype up your defense? Put them back on the field knowing your offense just did their job. Put them back on the field knowing a stop and a TD wins it. At that point, they aren’t in the mindset of “we need a stop to have a chance to go to OT.” They are thinking, “let’s go out here, get a stop, and give our offense a chance to WIN.” There’s a fundamental difference in playing to WIN and playing NOT to LOSE. This was a decision by a coaching staff that was playing to WIN. Brilliant game by Vrabel and Kelly. Brilliant execution late in the game by the offense and the defense. Completely out-coached one of the best offensive minds in the game. #Titans
