So epic. To me, season 2, 3 & 4 had the best final cliffhangers.

I like how this season focused on Clark going rogue. Smallville is probably the fiction that exploted the dark side of Superman better without going to Homelander-like extremes

His guilt for what happened to his unborn sibling, the unfortunate words Pa Kent said to him, and Clark worries along as he is around he will harm those he loved. So in his guilt, he seeks to use the Red K to tear down his worries and make him fearless.
