Final Thoughts on Attack Trigger. It’s slightly underwhelming. Maybe it’s because it’s still early and I haven’t given it enough time but we’ll soon see anyways since it can get buffed as the days go by. Attack Trigger is noticeable when you are counter attacking and are in transition...

So many times in anime and movies, someone jumped in the air for an attack and the guy dodged the attack while he was in the air, so he redirected the hit of the attack, he definetly would have not landed like a braindead bot without trying to turn and hit the enemy, so it totally makes sense. The AI looks more dynamic, it's looks alive and that's cool. So that attack is totally so natural in my book. As I said, we could discuss about other attacks and the tracking of them in Ninja Gaiden 4, but that one ? I would die on a hill to say that attack is totally legit and I'm so glad that it is exactly like this. Like I absolutely defend NG2 Alexei, Volf, Liz and other bosses attacks. I could mention also NG2, NG3RE, Nioh , Wo Long and Stranger of Paradise, because in so many years, I NEVER saw anybody complaining about the SAME KIND of thing and attack like in those games, but when it comes into NG4, people will find any EXCUSES to hate it and find issues, even when there are not. But some people that are just happy to find something to bring on their NG4 hater agenda. Here some quick examples and most of those people that are complaining about that attack in NG4, are the same that praise those games, only because there no Ninja Gaiden name on it, so there is no hate agenda to bring on vs them 😅

A very harsh threat, made by Netanyahu toward Iran. What is behind the heightened tone? It is not only harsh, it is also unusual. The event that took place in recent months was a paralyzing fear of what is called miscalculation. They will think that we will attack first, even though that was not the intention, and then they will attack, and the entire region will be dragged into another round of confrontation. In a region where there is fear of miscalculation, you are not supposed to announce this kind of thing in the Knesset. I just want to make that clear. Yesterday, Naftali Bennett promoted his press conference on the conditions of soldiers, okay? He gets six million views because the timing looks like a countdown and he is a former prime minister, so the Iranians are in hysterics that he is actually announcing that they are going to attack. That’s the atmosphere. So when Netanyahu attacks like this and makes an unprecedented threat—not only harsh but also unusual—one can’t help but think that for Netanyahu there is a message, or something more problematic than miscalculation. And he wants to warn the Iranians. Now, what’s the issue? The issue is that if the Iranians come to the conclusion that their regime is on the verge of collapse, there is one thing that might save them. And that is an attack on Israel. Because we saw during the war what is called “rally around the flag.” Even those who were in the opposition rallied around the flag when their country was attacked. It is not only the Islamic Republic that is under attack, but also the Islamic Republic of Iran. That is essentially the issue, and that is what Netanyahu, in my opinion, is trying to stop with the threat he issued after the security discussion.

Timing is everything, isn’t it? And sometimes being in the right place at the right time feels well, timely, or even predetermined. With wildlife photography, it’s all about being in the right place at the right time. The more you know about your subject, the better because it increases your chances of being where you need to be when you need to be there. There is also an element of just letting go and taking what is given to you. It’s always best to have no expectations at all when it comes to wildlife. On this morning, everything did fall perfectly into place, and I was able to capture this dreamy scene of a beautiful Dalmatian pelican and its reflection on smooth water as it came in for a landing. Oh yeah, the glorious snow-capped mountains in the back were definitely a treat too. The days prior to this, that mountain range was hidden by clouds. I didn’t even know it was there. 🤪

If I have a plug or a hack to get a better deal or more food, would I share it online? Probably not, the chances that it would ruin it me or the company is pretty high. Especially if other locations catch on. I feel that if I shared this, what would happen is more and more people would try to take advantage of it and the store would issue a policy to stop it. What I’m conflicted about is, by ordering a taco in a bowl, I would be getting a $15 bowl for $4. Is it my fault the company has a loophole like that, or should I even feel guilty about exploiting it if it’s only for my benefit? Or is it a scenario where everything is fair game because the restaurant allows us to do that. Whose fault is it that we figured out how to get their pricier item for less? Someone else called it theft, but is this really theft if it’s allowed? They allow us to put our taco shell in a bowl. They allow us to ask for as many extras that we want. So would I really be the bad guy for taking advantage of this? I figured if this was a real issue the store would have stopped it, and to this day as far as I know, anyone can still do this. When I get a chance this week I’ll go and try to do this again to see if it still works, I’ll keep you posted.

The strength of cryptocurrency as a concept in society, I think, is served best when Bitcoin itself is not perfectly private, but other assets are. That is a very difficult thing, I think, for the state to combat. And that decentralization of attributes is really, really crucial. So, yeah, I’m very glad that there are other coins that are private. I want there to be more of them, and I want them to be more popular. And I think it’s okay that Bitcoin itself is not.”

Sidney Lumet on the theme of "Daniel" (1983): "I don’t know if I’ve ever said this publicly, but I’ve done three movies, 'Daniel' (1983), 'Running on Empty' (1988), and 'Family Business' (1989), that are thematically the same thing—the cost that others pay for one’s passions—and I only recognized this after wards. It really begins with 'Daniel'. As I’ve said so often about 'Daniel', I wasn’t ever denying its political nature, but I was not being disingenuous when I also said it’s the exact same suffering that I’m talking about that kids have when their parents are artists. Any deep emotional commitment on the part of the parents is going to cost something . . . not just to the parents but also almost always to the children. Now, it can be a constructive cost or a destructive one. There are too many factors that go into it for me to try to label it one way or the other but there is no doubt that there is a cost. The positive side—one of the positive sides—is that the kids learn about passion, learn about commitment, learn about a million things that I personally admire. The destructive side is that nobody’s home, even when they’re home. If it’s the father he’s not really there. If it’s the mother, she’s not really there. Maybe there are geniuses who can do it all, but I don’t know who they are. A lot of my friends for some reason are people who have worked in musical comedy, in the theater, and the big joke among the people who write the book and the lyrics and the music is there are two great secrets to doing it, there are two secrets to doing a great musical and nobody knows what they are. jihoon talked about his germany trip 🥹 he visited the bauhaus in dessau, the meisterhäuser, bauhaus school building and student dorms, bauhaus museum, and the neue nationalgalerie 🐶 there’s a famous photo taken on the balconies of the student dorms.. the one where students gather and look down below. but as i was looking at that directly from underneath…woah, it’s seriously killing it. i looked straight up and because it was snowing so much, the sky was all white.. woah, this is modernism. everything is pure white and just.. it was very good 🐶 if you go to the bauhaus museum, there are things like marcel breuer chairs, wassily chairs.. there’s a lot of exhibition 🐶 since it’s in german, i’m looking at them one by one using papago. looking at just one thing took so much time, i was getting so drained but it was seriously amazing 🐶 looking at mies van der rohe’s chairs and things like that in person, hah… i want to buy them and take them if korea was a close country 🐶 if you go to the neue nationalgalerie, mies van der rohe did that, he built it. they recently did the saint laurent show there too 🐶 seeing things like that.. truly in the world, there really is a lot to learn. woah really, in the world there are many pretty and diverse things, and you see as much as you know. since you see as much as you know, i should read many books, and look things up a lot, i thought a lot of things like that so i have fun even if i go alone 🐶 it’s so much fun even if i go on a trip alone. people around me said who goes to germany in january? everyone was like why go to germany when you could go elsewhere in europe? but i found germany really fun? it was really really fun. so it depends on a person’s taste. wherever you go, off season or peak season, all that is meaningless actually, if you just have the will yourself. no matter what others say, if there is something i find fun, then i go and play, that’s how it is 🐶 you’re surprised because i know as much as a major? well, for me, if i like something, i look it up and dig into it really deeply, so i guess that’s why.. i know things i like well, but i don’t know things i don’t like very well. there are pros and cons 🐶 actually, even though you have to transfer to get to berlin and the flight.. and the language doesn’t work at all, if i have something i want to see, and there’s something i want to feel by going there, and i have that kind of will, i think a person can do anything 🐶 yeah right~ german art is really diverse, and kind of underrated? that’s right~ the fine art galleries are also really well done 🐶 when i went to berlin, other than going to galleries or things like that, i only bought clothes once. shopping.. i went just once in a vintage shop 🐶 and the galleries, really everyone has them done so so well, and germany is.. it’s good to go after knowing some historical things too. seeing those things in person, many thoughts came to mind

When I am at the gym and I see somebody’s water bottle there or a towel or something. I know they just stepped away for a moment and that the machine is occupied. Out of respect I won’t move it out of the way only for them to come back and have to explain themselves anyways. This young lady on the machine left her water bottle on it because she stepped away for a moment to use the restroom only for somebody else to come by and try to use it in her place. Would you have understood the etiquette or is it just a free for all? When I first started working out I was unfamiliar with the gym etiquette. Some people just got done with a hard set and need to stand up and walk for a few moneys or get a drink of water and they use it as their rest period so that they can go back at it. Interrupting that process is the same thing as booting them off the machine mid workout. It’s rude and uncalled for but why does it keep happening? I think what it is, is that some people are very judgmental, they see others and think that they are more serious about working out than the other person so that to them it means they are entitled to use it first because their workouts are more important. I used to let them do that to me but no more. I treat it as first come first serve, if they don’t want to wait then maybe they need to avoid the gym during peak hours. This is the very reason I work out in the middle of the night most of the time. I rather not be bothered and if I need to take my time I can, most of the time nobody else is even there anyways when I go.

When I am at the gym and I see somebody’s water bottle there or a towel or something. I know they just stepped away for a moment and that the machine is occupied. Out of respect I won’t move it out of the way only for them to come back and have to explain themselves anyways. This young lady on the machine left her water bottle on it because she stepped away for a moment to use the restroom only for somebody else to come by and try to use it in her place. Would you have understood the etiquette or is it just a free for all? When I first started working out I was unfamiliar with the gym etiquette. Some people just got done with a hard set and need to stand up and walk for a few moneys or get a drink of water and they use it as their rest period so that they can go back at it. Interrupting that process is the same thing as booting them off the machine mid workout. It’s rude and uncalled for but why does it keep happening? I think what it is, is that some people are very judgmental, they see others and think that they are more serious about working out than the other person so that to them it means they are entitled to use it first because their workouts are more important. I used to let them do that to me but no more. I treat it as first come first serve, if they don’t want to wait then maybe they need to avoid the gym during peak hours. This is the very reason I work out in the middle of the night most of the time. It’s bad enough the delivery people show up when they want to in that huge time frame window they give themselves but for them to claim they are out of time and refuse to do the delivery because they were running late is unacceptable. This woman was in the middle of clearing out the fridge when the delivery people finally got there. She would have had it don’t earlier had they been on time and she didn’t have to put things back because they were late. But once they got there they refused to wait a few minutes for her to re-take the items out. Whenever the appliance delivery people are late for me, there is never any consequences. I guess I should be grateful they showed up at all. It’s like they feel they are doing me such a favor by coming by even though it’s hardly ever on time. It would be so much easier at times if I could just pick it up myself and install it but when given the option to have it done for me for a few bucks I usually do that. Most of the time these appliances require more than one person and that’s why I do it. Agree or disagree that we are at their mercy. Although I’ve had instances where everything was smooth and without a hitch. I’ve had plenty of times where they are late or even damage things while trying to do their job.

PS Raymond Omollo: I don’t think I would want to respond to Osotsi; he is a leader, a senator, a legislator. We are a constitutional country with processes, and if anyone, not just in the name of the PS, is involved in any criminal activity, there is a process that needs to be undertaken. If there is any evidence that you were involved, I would go to a police station, report, and follow the matter. Up to this point in time, I am not sure if anything like that has happened. As it is, I would consider it street talk. The question is, what would be the interest of PS Omollo in attacking Senator Osotsi? What is it that Osotsi is doing that affects my work? #CitizenExplainer

Yeah, maybe the format was a set back in the past, but at the same time there’s a lot of positives to it as well. And one of the things that a lot of players kept mentioning is you don’t have a wave weather difference, where you can simply get unlucky and you’re out of contention for that tournament. It’s part of the game, I get it, but it’s something you don’t have to deal with anymore. So that part is a very nice aspect. The team is what really made it for me. Being able to be part of a team, represent a team, play for my teammates, with my teammates and against my teammates, is something that to me that has always been very, very special. When you get a victory to share, it’s always better to have a team to share it with. So it’s what was the most attractive part and when we started discussions it gets to a point where even though I’m ambitious, I’m not greedy. So there’s a give and take and the format is something that I can easily overlook, and I’m pretty sure I can learn to enjoy it, I’ll just have to get used to it, but I’m pretty sure I’ll learn to enjoy it. To be honest, the more I started thinking about it, the more I started thinking about my college days that were 3 day tournaments, 54 holes, and everybody warmed up together for the most part. Marc Andreessen on the 3 things he looks for when investing in a startup The first thing Marc Andreesen looks for is a big market: “Is there a big existing market that you think you can go after and displace incumbents? Or do you believe there will be a new market that will be big?” The second thing he looks for is a 10x better product: “Is there a fundamental technology or economic change that justifies a new company? And the way I always think about that is: Is there a 10x change happening in the technology landscape? Is something 10x faster, 10x cheaper, or 10x better? If it’s not 10x, we as both VCs and entrepreneurs have to ask ourselves if it’s really worth doing because it’s really hard to start new companies . . . Existing companies are usually pretty good at what they do. So for a new company to exist, it has to bring a product to market that’s so much better than what exists that it punches through the status quo.” The third is the team: “Is the team outstanding? . . . You want to have a founding team of complementary skillsets. You want to have at least one super strong technologist — quite possibly more than one. Some of the best startups are actually more than one founding technologist. I want it all done yesterday. I hope for a better conversation about health and medicine in our country, and it feels like it is moving excruciatingly slow. I know so many others who have either given up hope that it will ever change or have said that all of it was a scam. There’s a feeling rumbling underneath the MAHA movement that none of the efforts were worth it, because the odds are insurmountable. But in my better moments, I realize our country does not move quickly on anything. In other times, I would say that the glacial-like movement of government is a built-in blessing because it stops radicalization and instability. But I also understand why people feel the way they do after the last bunch of years. I have huge desires to see things go as fast as they can away from the cliff, and at far too many moments it feels like we are headed over Niagara Falls and all we have to paddle with is a teaspoon. When I saw the Big Pharma playbook yesterday circulating on X and Substack, I was reminded that what Secretary Kennedy is up against is significant. I was so enthusiastic about his campaign and his work. I trusted that the wilderness he was walking into was something he could handle. But I underestimated how much hard work there would be, and in it, how much resistance and force of a corrupt bureaucracy would be in his way. Someone reached out yesterday and asked if they could send me some videos of them encouraging RFK Jr. - just so he might know that while nothing in this government will ever be perfect, many of us still feel that his presence in Washington is better than most of us have had in all of our politcal experiences. So, Bobby, here are just a few voices that are alongside for the ride, and are holding fast to the idea that even if it is slow, seemingly impossible, and frustrating, the results of his presence in that dark town are a blessing to America. It means so much when there are fans there and there’s a home-field environment. I look at the guys that are on our team right now, who have been through so much and are such quality football — really good football players — more than that, but just quality people. They’re the type of people that maybe some of the people who are talking about them knew them better, would be all for them, and support them no matter what.
