Ok so treatment has begun here at Auragens. First day I’m getting stem cells via IV, these cells are from an umbilical chord, so basically Day One cells that haven’t been programmed yet, is how it was explained to me and the wild thing is the cells know where to go in your body to attack inflammation and injuries. Wifey getting stem cell facials and IVs for anti-aging. I am also having exosomes in a nebulizer for brain health. GOD knows I need all the help I can get with that. During this trip I will have a tuneup in my left shoulder, which needs a MAJOR surgery and I treated with stem cells right before season for pain management to get me through season until i have time for surgery this offseason Also I’m doing a veryyy cutting edge procedure this time where i will go under anesthesia and they will inject stem cells directly into my discs. I’ve have multiple, multiple, multiple ruptures and herniations over the years from training NFL players and fighters in MMA. Couple years ago was supposed to get either a three-level fusion or a rod inserted into my back. That would have changed my life forever and something I’m not prepared for. But right before my scheduled fusion, I threw up a Hail Mary, came down here for stem cell treatment, got the cells and i couldn’t believe it but shortly after treatment I was actually pain-free! I couldn’t believe it. I went to NFL training camp shortly after and people around the league actually noticed a difference in how i was standing and moving and not constantly trying to stretch and do things I used to do for pain relief. Shortly after I actually CANCELLED my surgery!!! My MRI is still completely disgusting so may need a surgery in future but I’ve bought 2 years without a surgery as a result of these stem cells and hoping this procedure I’m doing down here this time gives me many many more years. I’m trying to stay calm while I write this after what I just heard this woman say. Her name is “Hope Ful” on TikTok. She is angry that military and veterans get a 10 percent discount in certain stores and restaurants. “They’re already living off of taxpayer dollars. What about us? We get no benefit for supporting our military.” Allow me to tell you what benefits you get, Hope. You get the freedom of speech that allows you to spew this absolute crap on the internet. And I’m about to exercise mine. Because, just an FYI, I didn’t have that luxury as an MP. In the military, I gave up a lot of my rights as an American, and my body quite literally belonged to the US Government. But I’m a veteran now, and I can say, for the most part, what I want. We signed on the dotted line and said we were willing to give our lives to our country. To you, Hope. I live with an injured hand that is, quite literally, always in pain; I live with the pain of having lost one of my best friends; I live with the pain of a ten-year battle with PTSD and nights of no sleep. And go ahead and tack on stress fractures and knee/back/hip problems for life. Do you want to know what we get for that kind of sacrifice? A 4–6 month wait to be seen by a specialist at a VA hospital because the process of just getting medical care is a nightmare for veterans, a “thank you for your service,” and a 10% discount at a few restaurants. But we’re also grateful that we got to serve the country we love so much. We get to claim the honor of protecting our nation and our freedom. Freedom that you so ignorantly decided to use in order to make this video. You get to BREATHE, because of people like my friend who was willing to sacrifice everything.

Stem cells here we come!!!! How beautiful is this place Auragens and Panama City, Panama!!! They have already made such a majorly SIGNIFICANT difference in my health, pain and all my breaks and ruptures! I’ve spent the last 18 years training NFL players in mixed martial arts and gotten beat to shit as a result. But Auragens had already prevented me from a 3-level fusion in my lower back and last year completed healed a biceps tendon tear and two big tears in my rotator cuff. So happy to spend my last week before NFL season begins here with my beautiful bride Rosie TenisonTwins for healing!!! Rosie comes for anti-aging and I do that too. On top of the healing Panama is AMAZING!!! Some of the best culinary experiences we’ve ever had in the world and the people here are so great!! Mental Health Motivation today courtesy of me and Rondé Barber. So here’s the deal gang, 5 years ago, I was stuck in one of the darkest, most painful periods of my life. The dark gray got so bad I wasn’t thinking sensibly to the point where I would go to sleep at night hoping tomorrow wouldn’t come. This was well before I ever talked publicly about my depression, anxiety and mental health issues or wrote my book Unbreakable about it. So for the first time I did something I now implore alllll of us to do when we are hurting. For the first time… I FINALLY called my boys (my teammates in life) and told them how much pain I was in and that I needed help. I was heading to Tampa for the Super Bowl and the day before I left I called this man, Ronde Barber and two of our other friends Ben Heldfund and Brian Rhattigan and told them I needed to meet up down there because I was going through something. At first they couldn’t because they already had plans but then I communicated much more directly and said, “No, guys I NEED to meet, I AM STRUGGLING… BADLY!!!” All three immediately dropped their other plans and said, “What time and where? I got you!” I GOT YOU Their reaction changed everything for me that day. I think it was the first time I ever really truly told friends about my mental health battles in detail. I didn’t hold back. Didn’t try to wear a mask anymore and hide my pain behind the mask of a huge personality. I was real with them. Their reaction changed my life. Showed me the power of “I got you!” And showed me the power of opening up and leaning into my teammates. Folks, since I’ve opened up it’s turned friends into brothers and sisters. And those bonds will be the same bonds there for us now, in 5 years, 15 years, 50 years. Safety in Vulnerability was the greatest gift they could have given me. So I want to implore ALL of you… LEAN INTO YOUR TEAMMATES!!! I will do ANYTHING for my teammates. Ronde, Ben, Brian… thank you! I got you too!

Today marks a decisive step forward in our commitment to exploring innovative treatments for the invisible wounds carried by so many of our veterans. I want to thank President Trump for his leadership on this issue and for recognizing the urgency of investing in groundbreaking research that will save lives. Innovative therapies have shown life-changing results in treating combat-related mental health injuries, especially where conventional treatments, like opioids, have fallen short. If there’s a chance to give our veterans their lives back, we have a responsibility to explore it. For too long, outdated stigmas and bureaucratic hurdles have slowed progress in this space. This executive order signals a shift toward prioritizing results, evidence, and above all, the well-being of those who have sacrificed for our country. It is critical we give the men and women who have served this country every opportunity to recover and overcome these challenges. I can personally attest to the significant benefits of this treatment. It changed my life, and I look forward to seeing the impact it will have on countless others. We’re losing too many veterans. If this treatment gives us a chance to change that, then we owe it to them to pursue it. The President’s executive order brings us closer to a lasting solution that our veterans deserve.

Guys, I really need to get a few words off my chest: The last year has left a noticeable mark on me. I had to fight my way back from severe depression and a severe anxiety disorder into a regular everyday routine. It was the worst and the lowest phase of my life and to this date I still haven't reached my point of recovery. BUT, if you had asked me a year ago where I would see myself today, I would never, under any circumstances have dreamed that I would be on stage at Furovision, hosted by NordicFuzzCon , singing in front of a gigantic audience and getting in second place. This result shows me once again that it is right not to give up hope and to enjoy life to the full, even if you are at a low point from which it seems hopeless to get out. Better times will come and that's what happened to me. And that's why my special thanks go to my husband who never gave up believing in me, to my friends and all the people who congratulated me on my performance, to all my content enjoyers and supporters on all platforms, and above all to the Furry Fandom in general. Without this fandom, I would just be a simple clerk with chronic back pain. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for enriching my life so much. I hope for many more great and exciting years in this fandom with you and with lots of fluff. 💙🦊

“the court DENIES defendants motion.” I am moved to tears. After a brutal 3 1/2 years, I am being given the opportunity to move forward in the court of law before the judge and my peers to clear my name. I am so grateful for this opportunity. What happened to me was unacceptable, absurd and abusive, among other things. It should not have happened to me, and it should not happen to anyone else moving forward. Let it stop here. I quite literally fought to get to where I got to in my career through intense ups and downs, and I’ll keep up that fight to continue doing what I love. I appreciate all of you who stood by me and defended me, and I am so sorry that similar situations have happened to some of you. I want you to know that I see you and I stand with you. Thank you to Elon Musk , a man I have never even met, who so graciously gave me a fighting chance. Thank you for standing for justice for all of humanity. This September I killed this bull in Montana with my bow and had it in mind the whole hunt that I had to get one down to try and get meat and make a knife out of the antler to auction off for Carolina flood relief. Josh at Montana Knife Company and I got on the phone and he was gracious enough to build a knife out of one of the antlers. This September I killed this bull in Montana with my bow and had it in mind the whole hunt that I had to get one down to try and get meat and make a knife out of the antler to auction off for Carolina flood relief. Josh at Montana Knife Company and I got on the phone and he was gracious enough to build a knife out of one of the antlers. With everything going on in California we talked again and decided to make TWO knives, one for Carolina and one for California. These things are absolutely incredible. The trip to the dentist wasn’t too bad! Thank you all for your support 💙🙏 I’ve been pretty exhausted and out of it, but I don’t think crashing or worsening. But that may be because of something interesting that happened at the visit (see below) This short video is a fun, comical, and sad chronicle of the trip. I got 2 root canals, and have to go back for 2 more visits (!!) to take care of the rest of my roughly 30 cavities. All from not being able to brush when I was extremely severe for 7 years. (I saw a dentist shortly before becoming bedridden and had no cavities) Something interesting happened that I need to investigate and report back on. When the dentist injected the numbing agent, it had a strong soothing and calming affect on my entire nervous system, sort of enhancing the effect of the Ativan and making the trip much easier on me. Why? Was it: 1. The numbing of a nerve signaling pain and thus no more pain signaling? 2. The numbing of nerves in general? 3. The specific numbing agent used and the affect it had? What would happen if I got a stellite ganglion block with that same numbing agent? (assuming it’s not the same) I’m going to call the dentist as soon as I recover a bit and find out what he used and report back! This video is a good reminder for dads Recently we got new shoes for my older son. Sick shiny white velcro dunks lol. We wore them outside and were walking to the car one rainy day and he immediately jumped in a mud puddle (because he’s a kid and that’s what he’s supposed to do) My first thought was to get mad and tell him he was going to ruin his shoes But then I thought of this video. And I thought of the fact that jumping in puddles is exactly how I want his childhood to be. It’s how I want him to look back and remember this time. As dads it’s so easy for us to dampen their natural and healthy curiosity about the world. And if we don’t let them, for example, jump in the mud puddles, eventually that spark of curiosity will be extinguished forever. Instead, let them get a little muddy sometimes. You’ll be glad you did

🤒😭Unfortunately I am very unwell, my friends. I have not been feeling my best the past couple of days, and I have been growing more tired every minute. Last night was miserable, I was in so much pain I could not sleep, the pain in my head and in my body was causing me hallucinations and I felt as though I would die. This morning was not any better and I was so dizzy I could not see properly, and I felt so tired I could not describe it. I have just returned from the hospital, my friends, where I was able to receive a treatment to help me feel only a little better. I am still so exhausted, not only physically but mentally too. The fear of famine and death in a horrific way is still on my mind, even through this terrible pain. I'd be very grateful if you could pray for us all, for a better situation ahead, and for an end to this cruelty against us.
