With this understanding, we must create a proper rehabilitation system, with the highest level of necessary personnel training and rehabilitation centers. This is our task, this is our goal, this is our path. I said this while participating in the First Annual International Congress on Military Medicine and Mental Health "Warrior: Life, Health, Combat Capability".
