Finally also ohnePixel addressing the obvious issue about the new terminals imo

@ohnePixel Isn’t it always profit to buy them from the terminal tho? I got my gloves for 285€ MW and they’re selling for 2k rn

@ohnePixel yeah maybe right now. But my point is that Valve is insanely greedy for setting the prices themselves. Compare that to ANY other game. No developer would ever give their players the chance to buy a skin from them for these insane amounts. Players should set the market prices

@dima_wallhacks @ohnePixel I mean that’s kind of the whole idea with the terminal, players do set the market…

@dima_wallhacks @ohnePixel Why do Valve offer skins for up to 1.5k€ since the launch of the terminal then? Makes no sense. Valve stands behind the idea of skins having no monetary value. So why put an insanely high price on the skins?

@dima_wallhacks @ohnePixel Because they started at like fuckin 500 lmfao

@dima_wallhacks @ohnePixel So in your mind it's right for a multi billion dollar company to offer three digets prices by themselves? Kinda absurd to defend this idea

@dima_wallhacks @ohnePixel If anything it’s the consumers fault for feeding into China pumps, just remember people were genuinely paying prices far far far worse than this many times in a day for golds 6-12 months ago with absolutely no reasoning!

@dima_wallhacks @ohnePixel the difference is that every penny of the bought skins will go into Valve pockets.

@ohnePixel That has literally been the entire thing the whole time. You maybe get a gold in 200-300 cases. Sometimes 1000 cases. People act like when they win a 500$ pair of gloves after spending a 1000$ was more of a win than Epidemic being happy about getting the pair he wanted.

@ohnePixel yeah plus it's just ABSURD that Valve sets the price

@NotPauseNPlay @ohnePixel valve only put the base prices, and what i have seen they have been fair

Its crazy that they set the price for an item that has not been released. Basing it off of pricing from the steam market and other sources. It could have been a base start of all gloves at 150 and increased gradually and stayed set price. They are increasing and decreasing to traffic of item. That is crazy.

@CSFOCKS @ohnePixel Basing Fn sport gloves with vibrant colours for 1,3k is more than fair. Basing gloves as a start price of 150 just to be kind is a shit alternative and could crash the market. there is 1930 FN sport gloves in the world, compare fn vice to 1,3k and you'll see its not bad at all

@CSFOCKS @ohnePixel The MARKET WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE 2K FOR A PAIR OF GLOVES. Gamba IDIOTS made it that way.

@CSFOCKS @ohnePixel What do u mean the market was never supposed to be that price. A item is worth whatever a person pays like are you braindead. Its just about demand. If there is 1000pair of a glove kind and people pay 2000eur than that item is worth that. stick to playing the game

We create supply and demand. I agree with that. We set the prices independently without steam because we want that item value. If the value was set to cheaper and people did not have to buy for example 1250 for FN gloves we would not be setting prices at 6K for them independently. China is a big part of this problem. I am not saying that its not happening. I just simply disagree with how it is being done through valve. Valve itself should not be raising a price to 1250 because they are being purchased. That is braindead for people to agree with the logic that valve will make millions because they raised the price before people were even able to sell the items.

@ohnePixel >Spend thousands on keys to get a skin worth less than the keys combined >This is okay >Buy gloves you can resell at a higher price than you purchase >This is not okay

@ohnePixel I get where you are coming from. Tho my point is that it's aburd for a company to set these prices so high by themselves. If they really stand behind the idea that skins have no monetary value, why are they giving these absurd prices up to 1.5k€ for a single skin.

@ohnePixel I'd rather have these gloves offered for $700 rather than being forced to take shit 10 cents blue for $2,5 80% of the cases

@ohnePixel didn't ohne celebrate the same way a week ago lmao

@ohnePixel he's a bit slow xD

@ohnePixel $700 is low enough that it’s guaranteed profit so the celebration is logical though

@ohnePixel I agree with this, I think the terminals suck

@ohnePixel The only good thing about terminals is the higher chance of getting new drops before the trade windows, after that since the item prices go based on the market, there useless for the regular person

@ohnePixel Valve went from making 2$ for a key and nothing from dropped cases to literally selling the most expensive cosmetics in the history of the internet.

@ohnePixel wagner pizzas lowkey heat though

@ohnePixel only piccolinis

@ohnePixel "you didn't win the lottery" i mean that's the point, then it's not gambling

@ohnePixel so you just open a case to have a chance to waste your money now?

@ohnePixel is the issue in the room with us?

@ohnePixel sadly not

@ohnePixel Soy spazzing over the opportunity to give valve hundreds of dollars 👍🏼

@ohnePixel the terminals are fucking garbage stupid bullshit

@ohnePixel there is reason to celebrate as these gloves from the terminal are profitable to sell, you're comparing to other games as they have a marketplace anything near to what valve has, either Valve gets $1000 in keys or $700 from the terminal, whate alternatives are you suggesting...

@ohnePixel 100% agree. Finally.

@ohnePixel but ohnepixel is the same as main character of the video, its like lottery to get gloves in terminal

@ohnePixel Well, at least in the terminal they’ll be cheaper than on the market lol

@ohnePixel The value of pulling gloves and low float reds is only worth that reaction for now cause it's early and you can get instant profit on them. Over time this will be realized as a terrible idea for the consumer

@ohnePixel Nobody realizes how greedy this new system is, you pay valve 1000, then they make 15% of whatever higher price it sells for on the community market. They are making SO much money of these new terminals man…

@ohnePixel I really don’t understand how he is viewed as anything other than a gambling addict. This dumb fuck will obviously be hating on an update that essentially eliminates 3rd party markets and prices for the new skins, because it would directly impact his inventory value.

@ohnePixel "Why celebrate the chance to buy a skin" Meanwhile ohne:

@ohnePixel CLOWN fat murican

@ohnePixel If you look at the odds, you have to open 385 cases to get a gold, which is at $2.50 a key is at least $963 for just the keys. 385 glove cases bought on the steam market would cost around $8000.

@ohnePixel Terminals are the rattiest thing ive ever seen in a game @valvesoftware what the fucks wrong with you youre actually scamming with this shit

@ohnePixel I mean that’s like 4k profit

@ohnePixel valve sells the steam deck for 500$, by selling cs2 gloves for ~700$ they're telling you that you need to deposit >500$ to buy one of their products within a service they license to you, and that it is worth more than hardware they fully make possible in-house.

@ohnePixel Listen, I love Ohne but when it comes to any kind of critique on any of the skins you can not take him seriously. He's spent years paying into it, and even now is spending thousands opening these terminals

@ohnePixel His point is like 50% valid, you still need immense luck to get a pair, and for it to be a good pair at that.

@ohnePixel He just salty he didn’t get any

@ohnePixel He's jelous that he haven't opened a single gold in the new terminals 😂

@ohnePixel Joooo wagner pizza 3 € is boss!

@ohnePixel @grok i have seen a massive wide spread misinformation campaign against valve for a system valve has 0 control over, whats likely that this is payed by a 3rd party to try and tarnish and make valve look greedy
