Late night on Friday can only mean one thing… working on the coedz for our port of Grand Theft Auto 3 to the Sega Dreamcast… Went a little crazy with my C++20 VMU infrastructure, which now supports “apps” you can swap between in-game, each supporting multiple horizontal pages with vertical scrolling… The main “app” will be the GTA3-specific in-game display for player information such as HP, cash, ammo, and stars, with upcoming UI work done by some of our VMU pixel art rock stars. The other VMU “app” you already know as the real-time profiler that shipped with our alpha release. I’ve been upgrading the shit out of it to track various metrics and counters such as number of cars, pedestrians, rigid bodies, and building entities. Also added scene stats for the number of atomics, meshes, skins, and effect matrices that are drawn in the current frame. Finally, the most important stuff will be a page showing the CPU utilization of all of our threads along with a frame breakdown of the time it takes to process each major subsystem (rendering, collision, AI, streaming assets, physics simulation, etc). This will help drive future performance work as we continue to fine-tune performance. Oh, and before you freak out claiming that this profiling itself must be adding a bunch of overhead, I rolled my own auto assembling intrusively linked list structure of static atomic counter values, which all get linked together upon program initialization and automatically added to a central singleton list of stats which the profiler can later iterate over and inspect from its own thread… Not one goddamn malloc or new call, the VMU thread itself is only awakening every 200ms to update the display, and has a low thread priority, plus I just downsized its default 32KB stack to only 5KB, paying for any static memory costs of storing these metrics by over tenfold…

Little Dick Miller, aka "Joe Flipperhead", has not only spent the past year of his life dedicated to Karen Read and FKR, but has spent the past week threatening multiple women via text messages. The irony is that the guy who devoted countless time making mediocre videos for free, that proclaimed Karen Read's alleged innocence, ran straight to the NUMBER ONE Pro-Commonwealth supporter, Karen Read conviction advocate. Yes. Flipperhead slid into Kate Peter's texts. Well, actually he called Kate first. Little Dick Miller obtained Kate's number somehow, but when he called and she answered, he immediately hung up. Flip suffers from stage fright. 😢 But Little Dick works up the courage to get his words out via text. He immediately offers "I have a story for you", and follows that up with "sorry if I invaded your privacy" (which is ironic, because he intentionally called someone's parent's home multiple times in the middle of the night like a couple weeks before this 😬). Flip then proceeds to bombard Kate with his psychotic, schizo rantings. Talk about being "shut down", how the "other side operates", talking about his "leader", claims that Turtleboy's defense team "hired someone that was pretending to be someone else", and general talk of "I don't give a fuck anymore". (Note: very similar to his recorded phone call, when he cries out "I'M NOT CRAZY!!"). Do you understand how batshit fucking insane you have to be for Kate Peter to turn your offer down of a hit piece story on Karen Read AND Turtleboy??? But this was months ago, and Little Flip Dick has since made a big comeback in his personal life.... .....SIKE!!! Nah, he's still on his crazy train bullshit. He's spent months, especially the last week, threatening multiple women via text message, and then posting his threatening messages online or handing off the threatening texts to another equally crazy person for her to post. (NOTE: this simp loves when proof of his crimes are posted on the internet, like his illegally recorded phone call). Way to go with the self-snitching, Flip. It's actually pretty fortunate that Little Flip stays holed up in suburban Pennsylvania instead of actually interacting with any of his female victims in real life, because this weirdo is definitely the type to lay hands on a woman. Oh and Dick, I would think long and hard (that's what she said) before you pick up your cell phone after reading this. Let me find out you text ANY of the women that you did this past week and try running your little game where you send out harassing threats or retaliate against them in any way. You’re back at mummy’s house, right? #BangBang Joe Flipperhead

“Guys don’t approach girls at the bars anymore.” This is wildly accurate. 15 years ago when you went out, the average girl would get hit on 6x or 7x a night. Now if she’s getting one or two guys hitting on her, it’s a good night. I have beginner students going out to bars now who go out, say very basic things to women, and get into deep conversations & flirtations that land them solid numbers. One student on his first ‘dedicated night out’ (he’s gone out with friends plenty but never went out JUST to meet girls) last weekend saw two “very attractive” girls grinding on each other in the empty dance floor because all the other guys had left, then one of the girls came up to him, dragged him onto the dance floor, and spent the next 20 minutes following him around like a lost puppy (he should’ve taken her home, but… cut him some slack. He’s new!). Maybe that was a little beginner’s luck for him (that wasn’t his only good interaction of the night, either, though), but the point is: these girls are not getting it from dudes nowadays. When I was a beginner in this in the middle 2000-naughts I spent months going out to bars getting rejection after rejection before I finally started having good conversations. I see how fast going it is for a lot of newer guys I am working with now and I am like, “Sheesh, man! You used to have to learn all this game to do this!” But the competition just isn’t there anymore. Where IS the competition? Mostly at home, on the couch, liking Instagram ‘models’, trying to “slide into their DMs” (alongside 2,000 other guys). Meanwhile, the Instagram model is banging some guy she met in a mall food court (true story). The girls are out there. You’re probably not going to find them online. You have to get up off the couch, dust the Cheetos crumbs off, put on some decent clothes, and go outside. Follow the 3-second rule: you have 3 seconds from the moment you lay eyes on her until you have to approach. Focus on making it flirtatious and low pressure. Take the lead with her and see her if you can move her around a bit. Ask her out, get her to change venues with you, or if it goes well invite her back for a drink at yours. If she’s into you, she will do her best to help things along. Just go out, chat up girls, HAVE FUN, and if it’s going well move things forward. That is really all you have to do.

What I do have is … a 6’8 3&D forward. High motor. Unselfish. Excellent touch (38% 3PT, 84% FT). I stopped making highlight tapes and am more focused on Game clips that tell more of the story. This is for real basketball heads with vision and eye for development. But he’s ready to help a program NOW. 19 years old. All conference Potential as a defender. Notice in these clips how discipline he is staying in the ground vs. pump fakes… even with a FORTY-SIX inch vertical. No exaggeration. He is excellent in help rotations. Truly defends 1-5. But isn’t just a dumb athlete jumping all over the place. Gives 100% effort to run back in transition to alter shots. Will be the most athletic player on the team as a freshman. Speed and vertical Is an excellent cutter off the ball. 45 cutter and corner Lob threat. There’s no defense for a paint touch and throwing the ball over the square. If you have good guards he can account for 5 assists a game. His shooting is what’s most impressive to me. Has ability to be 40% 3pt shooter because of great shot selection.. mechanics and touch. Strong rebounder offensively and defensively. Also what makes him special is his ability to Guard other teams scoring point guards. He will win the matchup. I’ve seen him Shut down 4/5 stars all year Coaches interested in still taking freshman you won’t find one much better than him as far as adding him on to a good culture team and being able to count on him right away. 6’8 195lb with a frame To hold 205-210 next year. Casey Williams ElitePrepLeague Rashad Phillips Cory Underwood 🎓🤓🏀 x 🏀🧠📈 Dave's Joint Again.. these clips are from 1 game vs. a top 15 team in a 30pt win. Impact Player

Gistlover is trending because the anonymous blogger said Ini Edo, Nancy Isime, Dakore Egbuson, GWR chef Hilda Baci, Nwanneka, etc are Senator Godswill Akpabio's side chicks [Full Story] The blogger's new mission of embarrassing the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio is because of the way he has been disrespecting women in the National Assembly. GistLover first exposed Godswill Akpabio's number, including his wife's phone number (Ekaette Akpabio) and his Two side chicks, Nnadi Shontel & Calabar Snatcher. And promised to expose his other partners in the phase two of the attacks, which he had done. The blogger said, it's a very long list. And Mr Akpabio doesn't like to use protections, so he has a special doctor he sends his new recruits to for HIV and other saftety tests, before consumption. According to the blogger, Mr Akpabio sexually exploits them creatively.. from orgies to threesomes etc. However, GistLover is yet to provide evidences to back up his claims. But ordinary citizens are suggesting that, he's not far from the truth. As the Akpabio train has a very long list of celebrities. Dakore Egbuson, has strongly denied any affiliation with Akpabio. Infact, she is offering 5million to anyone who can provide evidence of her dealing with the Senate President. This is the blogger's way of protesting against the way Godswill Akpabio "recklessly" talks to female lawmakers in the National Assembly. Last week, when PDP's Natasha Hadiza Akpoti spoke in the chamber, he (Akpabio) cautioned her that she needs permission to speak, because they are not in a night club. Godswill Akpabio recently disrespected Labour Party's Ireti Kingibe, who has been vocal about how she's been sidetracked in the dealings of FCT despite being a constitutionally elected Senator of the FCT, particularly by Nyesom Wike. Then, Godswill Akpabio said "Don't mind her, whatever we decide in the Senate she will follow." Gistlover said unless he apologizes. That he will release all the details of his side chicks and all the businesses he has funded for them. Also, he will expose all the embezzlement linked to him during his tenure as Minister of Niger Delta Affairs. We are still in phase two of the exposé. Finally, VeryDarkMan has again claimed that Gistlover is infact Tonto Dikeh. Because Gistlover's IP address , matches with Tonto Dikeh's.

Olatunji is trending because VeryDarkMan has provided ugly updates on Jimoh Abdulqadir, the farmer who was allegedly klled by Kwara Police. Now, It’s looking like the Nigerian police klled him and removed his vital organs [photos]. ICYMI: This might be a crude. But there is no other way to explain it. The police were hired to oppress and torture one Jimoh Abdulqadir, by the person he was owing 220k, Mr. Gabriel Sunday. They didn’t invite him. They lured him to a market, pretending to be customers, and abducted him on Friday19th December 2024, around 5pm. Around 10pm he managed to call his mother. Before he was lured. He collected his Ajo money of 350k from his sister. The money was with him when they arrested him. When his mom and her friend got to the station around 10pm. They saw him looking healthy and fine. Then, asked the police to take 220k from the 350k that they found with him. Police refused. Asked them to come back. Because the person that asked them to arrest Jimoh has not permited them to release him. Apparently the person that asked them to arrest Jimoh is an elder brother of a police man in the station. Twistttt! Again, around 2am the police called Jimoh’s sister who’s a nursing mother to come and take him. Yh around 2am. It was weird. The family said they just left the station, begging for his release. Now you care calling them to coma back around 2am? No. In the morning around 5-6am, they got to the station. Police told them to go and indentify their brother’s body in the mortuary. Just like that.. When Jimoh’s brother asked them to explain what happened. The police said, he hung himself with his handkerchief and died. Yes, Police said Handkerchief. The brother entered the jail and saw that the roof was too low and wasn’t possible for anyone to hang themselves from there, especially Jimoh who was very tall at 6ft+ Police insisted he hung himself. That “maybe he knelt down to do it” :/. Meanwhile, upon identifying his body, his belt and pant was stained with blood. His nose was bleeding, his head was also bleeding, his head was swollen with bruises all over his body.. Indicating a torture. Nowww, VDM has released new photos showing that. As the police took him to the “mortuary”. They had cut him open, and sown him back up. Indicating a possible neat organ removal. They queried the police. Police said, it’s the process of embalming. And that is 200% infact, 1,000% NOT how embalming works or is done. The family asked for an autopsy. It has been done, but the police have blocked them from accessing the result. In December IG of Police, Kayode Egbetokun visited the family, the governor of Kwara has also lent a voice. Now, the police have seemingly closed the case. Hence, the need for VDM to intervene. As justice seems to have evaded the family, like many others Nigerian police brutality cases. In November, Ilorin police beat a 27yr old Kwara poly student to death. And told his family he died from Colos OD. In August Ilorin police shot another Kwara Poly students, because they suspected he was a yahoo boy. They chased, shot and eventually, they hit him, he had an accident and died on the spot. — Police said he was hit his head on the wall. Jimoh Abdulqadir, was a farmer. Today feels like watching history settle into its rightful place. The Bhagwan Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya now stands complete, crowned with the Dharma Dhwaj. That flag is not just fabric. The rising sun on it reminds us that Prabhu Shri Ram belongs to the royal Suryavansh, a line that upheld truth and duty. The sacred Om at the centre speaks of awareness, devotion and the unbroken connection between the devotee and the divine. The Kovidar tree symbol carries the promise of Ram Rajya, good governance and prosperity as described in our ancient texts. Every symbol on that flag tells the story of a civilisation that refused to forget its ideals. On this day my first instinct is to bow my head to those who carried this struggle on their shoulders. From Advani ji, Modi ji, the sadhus and sadhvis who set out on the Rath Yatra, to countless kar sevaks who slept on railway platforms, walked in the heat, faced lathis and bullets. Many of them never came back. We owe a special salute to those who were shot dead when Mulayam Singh ordered firing on Ram bhakts. Their blood is part of the foundation of this temple. We should also remember who stood on the other side of this story. Lalu Yadav stopped the Rath Yatra. Sonia Gandhi’s party tried in court to argue that Bhagwan Ram was only a myth. Kapil Sibal used every technical trick available to keep the case hanging so that a verdict never came in our lifetime. For years this was the pattern. Delay, mock, insult, block. Yet in one moment it all felt worth it. When Narendra Modi ji was hoisting the Dharma Dhwaj, look closely at his hands. They are trembling slightly, the way any devotee shakes when the heart is overflowing. In that instant he looked less like a Prime Minister and more like a common kar sevak who finally got to see the dream completed. I come from a Sanghi household. We have lived through 1984, 1990, 1992, through the years when talking about Ram Mandir in public invited abuse and threats. My father was a swayamsevak and also an Arya Samaji, deeply committed to Hindutva in the purest sense of service and sacrifice. He gave months and years of his life to Dharma, organising, travelling, working day and night for a vision he was not sure he would see fulfilled. He kept that tapasya going till his last breath. Today I feel he is standing in Ayodhya with all of us. Anyone who grew up in the 90s and early 2000s will remember the conversations at home. We would say in simple words “When BJP comes, all this will change. Just once let BJP form a strong government and Ram Mandir will happen.” It sounded childish to some, but it was the only hope millions held on to. When I started campaigning myself, our discussions were always about Article 370, Ram Mandir and many other issues linked to justice for Hindus. Friends would laugh and taunt me. “Neither will BJP come to power nor will any of this happen,” they would say. As a young volunteer I once gathered the courage to ask Advani ji: “Sir, will we really be able to build the temple, looking at how Congress plays politics?” He replied with total confidence, with the voice of a man who had already seen the future in his mind. “No matter what happens, the temple will be built, and it will be built at that very spot.” Today those words echo in Ayodhya. We are fortunate to live in the time of Narendra Modi as Prime Minister, Amit Shah as Home Minister and Yogi Adityanath ji in Uttar Pradesh. Along with the tireless efforts of countless unnamed workers, they turned a five hundred year old wound into a centre of pride. Until 2014 it felt like the story would never move forward. There were only court dates, politics, editorials and insults for believers. Today the chapter has finally turned. The birthplace of Shri Ram once again has a grand mandir, and above it the Dharma Dhwaj that announces to the world that Sanatan faith is alive, awake and standing tall. This is not only about architecture. It is about self respect. It is about telling every kar sevak who walked in the dust of Ayodhya, every swayamsevak who gave their youth, every father and mother who whispered “Mandir wahin banega” to their children, that their trust was not misplaced. I feel grateful to be alive to see this day. Grateful to my father’s generation for keeping the flame burning. Grateful to this nation for never letting the memory of Shri Ram’s birthplace fade. Today, the flag on the shikhara carries the stories of five centuries of struggle and the promise of a new era of confidence. This story needs to be told again and again so that our current generation knows that none of this came easily or on a platter. Jai Shri Ram #Ayodhya Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra

Corrupt cop chasing DUI stats arrestes a college football player that blew all zeros. Tyrant forced the DUI through anyhow. Shortly after midnight 19-year-old college football player Tayvin Galanakis was pulled over in Newton, Iowa, by Officer Nathan Winters and Lieutenant Christopher Wing. The reason? He had his high beams on because one of his headlights was burnt out. Officer Winters immediately pivoted the traffic stop into a suspected OWI (Operating While Intoxicated) investigation. Galanakis repeatedly denied drinking and begged to take a breathalyzer test to prove his sobriety. After being forced to complete physical field sobriety tests, Galanakis finally blew into a preliminary breathalyzer. The result? A perfect 0.00 BAC. Instead of letting him go, Officer Winters immediately read Galanakis his Miranda rights and changed the accusation. Because the alcohol test didn't fit the narrative, the officers claimed he was under the influence of marijuana—citing "bloodshot eyes," slow movements, and watery eyes keep in mind it was raining and there was rain Galanakis's face. These were the indicators the officer claimed to use. Galanakis didn't back down, pointing out the absurdity on camera: "I blew a zero so now you’re trying to think I smoked weed? That’s what’s going on. You can't do that, man." As a college athlete at William Penn University, Galanakis explained he was drug tested every single Friday and would be thrown off the team for using drugs. He was arrested anyway. At the station, a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) officially cleared him of being under any influence, and he was released without charges. Galanakis requested his bodycam footage and filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the officers and the City of Newton. In a controversial move, the officers actually countersued the teenager, claiming he defamed them by posting the footage of his arrest. However, the courts didn't see it their way. The U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals officially stripped the officers of their qualified immunity, ruling that "no objectively reasonable officer" could have concluded Galanakis was impaired. Just this month June 2026, a jury handed down its final verdict after a four-day civil trial. The Judgment: The jury sided entirely with Galanakis, finding that his arrest completely lacked probable cause. The Payout: Galanakis was awarded $105,000 in damages for mental and emotional distress, alongside punitive damages. The Ruling: The jury explicitly concluded that the officers acted without good faith, maliciously, and with reckless indifference to Galanakis’s constitutional rights. While the City of Newton released a statement saying they were "disappointed by the verdict," the bodycam footage remains a textbook example of what happens when citizens know their rights and hold law enforcement accountable. The sick part is, these two officers are still on the force and while they are the ones that are responsible for the settlement, the officers were able to walk away with their jobs intact. However The legal fallout surrounding Officer Winters has continued to grow. His name is currently attached to at least one other pending federal civil rights lawsuit in the U.S. Southern District of Iowa (Jimmy Quick v. City of Newton, et al.), which is scheduled to go to trial in July 2027 and alleges similar misconduct involving Winters and the Newton Police Department. This guy needs to be removed from law enforcement, he does not have the right temperament for the job.

Short Post: #SEBI report on trading losses in India Why is everyone trying to educate traders when 10% of them still make money? Consider this: 14 lac apply for Civil services exam in India for 800 seats, success rate of 0.05%. We see lacs of students wasting precious years in their 20s doing nothing but - prepare for #IAS . Why does the Nation celebrate such youth who’re chasing govt. jobs. Success rate for such jobs is 0.5% at best. What a waste of productive years. Who educates them? However, when it comes to the youth who is trading in F&O in stocks, the success rate is 10%. This is a good enough probability. If the trader can learn better skills, the success could improve to 30% plus. Why does the nation look at them with contempt ? In a nation with limited avenues, these young ones are chasing every opportunity they get. And unlike others, this one doesn’t need degrees. Who’s the bigger gambler here? Who needs more regulation - those “aspiring” for Sarkari jobs OR the self-employed youth who trades on the side with their savings? Let’s try to look at the market traders with some respect. They just need a fair playing field. They don’t need throttling regulation which usually kills the small guy. Many interpret #SEBI report to indicate that these traders are ignorant and they need “education”. The truth may be entirely the opposite. A trader is fine losing 1 lac annually as it still allows him to dream of a bigger pay day when stars collude in his favour. On the other hand, Rs 1 lac when invested grows too slow for his dreams. He knows the trade-offs. Let’s stop assuming that these traders are ignorant. Finally, the action on #JaneStreetGroup was easy to predict. Most will clap this as a masterstroke. But the problem in India is a shallow, one sided cash market driven by flows & the most frothy F&O market globally, largely due to poor design. You still can’t effectively short sell in India while the stocks rise to astronomical levels. Jane street could have lost big time had there been enough cash buyers or the options market was better designed. Or if short selling was permitted with full efficiency. The solution was to encourage many such bigger foreign players to create a balance and depth of trades on both sides. Also let the domestic funds play with more freedom. But that’s a solution for free markets. In a market where good regulation means more regulation, a further tightening is the only expected outcome. And that’s what we got. The value of traders in Bank Nifty options to cash market was 400:1. This is too much skew that needed regulatory design fix, within the free market principles. SEBI has done the opposite – ban the foreign player. The market now is less free & more skewed. All the basic flaws still persist. The bigger fish will still have the larger profit pool in trading , just they will all be the domestic players now. That’s not a surprise. The small trader will still be on the losing side. And more will jump in to “educate” them about the virtues of long term investing. In a long only market with an ever shrinking pool of sellers, what could go wrong? #Nifty #Nifty50 #BankNifty #India

Analyzing Episode 42. Season 2 aka Of Thresholds, Truth, and Taking Sides It took a while for me to come out of the euphoria we all experienced thanks to ep 42, but I managed somehow. I had some questions while watching the episode live, such as how Alya and Cihan could just do the deed when, a few episodes ago, they were all about acting correctly. Or whatever happened to Cihan’s pesky guilt? Or was this really the right time for the writer to bring in halvet? I watched and rewatched with those questions until I picked up a few details I’d missed earlier. Hopefully, this analysis will help clear out some cobwebs in your grey matter, too. So let’s get to it. We start the episode with Boran watching Alya and Cihan dance with murder in his eyes. To say the zombie is jealous would be an understatement. He then marches on to the middle of the square, grabs Alya’s hand, and announces who he is to the whole wide world. He thinks he’s all macho when he does that. There’s a sense of puffed-up self-importance about him, like he’s trying to prove how brave he is. Fortunately for us, his little bubble of boorish chauvinism goes ‘pop’ the minute Demir’s little henchman fires a bullet at him. And that’s Boran for you in a nutshell. He thinks he’s all that, but he really isn't. It reminded me of the scene where Cihan says he knew the instant Boran regretted k-wording Sulaiman because the seriousness of his stupidity had finally begun dawning on him, but by then it was too late. It also makes me think the zombie has serious self-destructive tendencies, combined with impulsiveness and resentment. This man is a recipe for disaster. Because think about it. He chooses visibility over safety, knowing it would unleash all kinds of hell, but does it anyway. He would rather burn everything than accept the hand he’s been dealt with humility. This was Boran crossing over the threshold. Now, let’s switch to Cihan. We all knew Ciho was going to jump in front of that thankless freak because of his hero complex (a side-effect of Sadakat’s conditioning). But, I think Cihan saving the zombie this way also highlights his own nature and the narrative at large. Because with his protective gesture, Cihan makes it clear that he doesn’t see Boran as a rival, he has no ill will in his heart for his brother, and that the right man was made Ağa because his protection isn’t contingent on who he loves or likes (unlike the zombie). That responsibility and sacrifice have been bred into Cihan’s very core is rather clear in this scene. It makes an excellent contrasting juxtaposition for the viewers between the two brothers. Both men make decisions in this scene, but the whys and hows couldn’t be more different. Now, let’s take a moment to go back to the questions I mentioned right at the beginning, relating to the halvet, Ciho’s guilt, and the timing of it all. Upon rewatching the episode, I realized that what happens in this scene sets off why we end the episode with consummation. Just keep this in the back of your mind for a bit, as we cover the other parts. Another scene that caught my attention in untangling the theme of episode 42 is Alya and Cihan’s talk after poor Yalcin has to extract yet another bullet from Cihan’s person. Why? That’s simple. It highlights Alya’s fear of losing Cihan. The way she points out the bullet could have pierced his heart, her telling him he needs to control his self-sacrificing tendencies, etc. I mean, Cihan keeps joking to get Alya to calm down, but the truth is, she’s very afraid. She loves Cihan more than her own life; we know that. But the lives they lead, the danger that always follows them, and Boran’s dark presence keep hounding this woman day and night. In such a situation, would it really make sense to keep denying your true feelings when it could all end in a second? Nope. That’s why I marked this scene as Reason no 1 of why the episode ends the way it does. The next scene that stood out to me in the scheme of characters choosing sides is, of course, the jail showdown. There’s a popular opinion in the fandom that Sadakat is afraid of Boran, etc. I am not of that opinion. Because so much of Boran is Sadakat, and that’s very clear in this scene. Instead of accepting the blame for the clusterfuck of a situation he’s created, the zombie blames Cihan. That reminds me of how Sadakat says she would never have threatened the nurse to give an innocent woman blood thinners if only Alya had agreed to leave. See? It’s never Sadakat’s fault. It’s always someone else’s actions that force her to behave badly, blah blah. Like mother, like son. Not surprising. What was surprising was the way Cihan behaves because he makes it very clear he’s picked a side (Next to Alya) and he’s not budging. This is Cihan crossing his point of no return because, in other words, what he says is, appeasement and brotherhood before all is a thing of the past. And here’s the key to the ‘guilt’ question. What Cihan observes of his brother, episode 39 onwards, probably makes him realize there will be no pretty way to make Boran let Alya go. Being the good brother and taking a step back wouldn’t change Boran; it would just make Alya vulnerable. Then there’s the fact that Boran revealing himself endangers everyone, including Alya and Deniz, so restraint is also dangerous now. Finally, nothing helps cure Cihan of his guilt more than Boran being himself. We tend to glorify the dead. And nostalgia can warp more than clarify. When the series began, we met a Cihan Albora caving under the guilt of not being able to save his brother. Now, we see a Cihan who is slowly beginning to realize he idolized what never should have been mourned as innocence. Boran’s actions help fracture his myth that the Albora siblings built in their minds. That helps free Cihan from a parasitic type of devotion, built on illusion rather than the truth. This is Motive no 2. Motive no 3 is when Cihan catches Sadakat in the act of trying to prey on Alya’s weakness - Deniz. I’m not saying Cihan sleeps with Alya because he wants to manipulate her into staying. But, in the overall scheme of things, I think Ciho recognizes that he can trust no one to look after Alya and Deniz, to keep them safe from Boran, except himself. I think he knows after that point that curbing his feelings creates a distance between him and Alya that leaves her exposed, emotionally isolated, and cornered. In other words, it leaves her weakened. However, choosing her fully, being with her body and soul, can become her shield. So, in a way, for both Alya and Cihan, intimacy morphs from being born of desire to also being about presence. And once they realize that, near the end of the episode, the line between waiting and giving in becomes rather faint. Now, let’s talk about THE scene. Did you notice how the opportunity for consummation comes about? A blocked road. That’s how. At the beginning of the episode, fate intervenes to kick-start a series of events that force all the characters out into the open, violence goes public, loyalties are divided, insights are achieved, and secrets are brought to light. By the end of the episode, fate intervenes again, with a blocked road that pushes Alya and Cihan into a space far removed from their family lives, scrutiny, and threats. The hand of destiny, it seems, narrows down their path, until only one direction remains: inwards, towards each other. What looks like an inconvenience is, in truth, another threshold. Another point of no return, for both Alya and Cihan, this time. So, why did Alya and Cihan finally give in to their feelings? In short, because it was time. Besides the boundless love they feel for each other, there were external factors pointed out throughout the episode. And then, they got the perfect opportunity and went for it. Still, was this really the right time for Gulizar to write about lovemaking? I think so. I think instead of trying to act correctly, for once, Alya and Cihan acted honestly. They went with their hearts. How will this play out in the future? Well, I don’t know. But I sure as heck am excited. Till next time, Happy reading y’all :D #CihAl #UzakŞehir

‼️Candace Owens Targets The BIZARRE Behavior Of Charlie Kirk's Inner Circle—Why Did NO ONE In Charlie Kirk’s Inner Circle CALL 911? Candace Owens demands answers. On her podcast, Candace Owens absolutely tore into the official story surrounding the Charlie Kirk case, pointing out massive, undeniable cracks in the timeline and calling out the deeply bizarre behavior of the Turning Point team. If you thought the narrative surrounding the suspect, Tyler Robinson, made perfect sense, you need to look at the details she just brought to light. Here are the 4 biggest bombshells from her breakdown: 1️⃣ Frank Turek’s Alibi Just Completely Cracked Frank Turek previously told Megyn Kelly that his phone was on a continuous, uninterrupted FaceTime call with his 35-year-old son from the exact moment of the event, all through the hospital transition, until he finally got back to his hotel. However, Pastor Jack Hibbs just accidentally blew that entire timeline wide open. In a recent sit-down recapping the event with Turek, Hibbs revealed that he received a phone call directly from Frank right after they arrived at the hospital emergency room. Turek visibly froze on camera as the contradiction landed. How do you make a separate call to Jack Hibbs if your phone was supposedly locked into a single, continuous family FaceTime call the entire time? 2️⃣ "Where is the Physical Evidence Against Tyler Robinson?" Candace highlighted that the state has virtually zero concrete physical evidence linking Tyler to the crime. While the public is constantly reminded that Robinson owned the gun, the state conveniently ignores that there are five other sets of prints on that weapon. Furthermore, the police failed to perform a basic Gunshot Residue (GSR) test to prove he even fired a weapon that day, bomb dogs completely failed to locate the gun in the field, and the crime scene was expeditiously paved over. She argues it is completely unconvincing that a "genius" student with a 4.0+ GPA would immediately write out a massive, detailed text and Discord confession narrative, only to leave a physical note hidden right under his keyboard. 3️⃣ Inexplicable Behavior from the Inner Circle When the incident occurred, not a single person in the inner circle called 911. Instead of building redundancy to reach emergency services, Mikey walked away and called his wife, while Blake Knaft called his mother. Meanwhile, Terrell was busy taking down cameras immediately after recording himself. Candace didn't hold back: "Why haven't you fired Terrell just for recording himself? ... You're fired for being a scumbag." She noted a unsettling shift in energy: At the initial memorial, the TPUSA team looked "healthy, renewed, and refreshed," even giggling during a night out at Charlie's favorite restaurant. But now that real questions are being asked, the visible stress, anger, and panic are taking over. 4️⃣ The Rigged Microphone Theory Outlining a deeply disruptive alternative theory, Candace questioned if Charlie Kirk's Rode microphone was actually a rigged device. The official story from TPUSA claimed they were running a brand-new live stream back to the office to cut clips expeditiously. However, Candace revealed that despite asking around, absolutely no one at the Turning Point USA office can actually confirm ever seeing or watching this supposed live stream. Where is the footage? "Objectively speaking, the actions of the Turning Point USA team look infinitely more suspicious to me than Tyler Robinson's." The corporate narrative is fracturing in real-time, and the demand for real transparency is reaching a boiling point. FOLLOW Candace Owens, RT this, and watch her full episode linked below. The official story has never looked weaker. ⚠️My channel is under coordinated attack to bankrupt and silence this investigation into the Charlie Kirk assassination. Remembering film director Lloyd Bacon on his Birthday Born | December 4, 1889 in San Jose, California, USA Died | November 15, 1955 aged 65 in Burbank, California, USA Video | The “By a Waterfall” production number from Footlight Parade (1933) featuring 300 choreographed swimmers. One of the workhorses in Warner Brothers' stable of directors in the 1930s, Lloyd Bacon didn't have a career as loaded with classic films as many of his more famous contemporaries. What few “classics” he had his hand in (42nd Street (1933), Footlight Parade (1933) are so overshadowed by the dazzling surrealistic choreography of Busby Berkeley that casual film buffs today often forget they were actually directed by Bacon. While his resume lacks the drama of failed productions and tales of an unbridled ego, he consistently enriched the studio's coffers, directing a handful of its biggest hits of the late 1920s and 1930s. Bacon's career amounts to that of a competent ― and at times brilliant ― director who did the best with the material handed to him in assembly-line fashion. Lloyd Bacon was born into a theatrical family (his father was Frank Bacon, a playwright and stage actor). His parents enlisted all the Bacon children onto the stage. Despite having a strong interest in law as a student at Santa Clara College, Lloyd opted for an acting career after appearing in a student production of “The Passion Play”. In 1911 he joined David Belasco's Los Angeles Stock Company (with Lewis Stone), touring the country and gaining good notices in a Broadway run of the hit “Cinderella Man”, and gaining further experience during a season of vaudeville. He switched gears in 1915 and took a stab at silent Hollywood, playing the heavy in several of Gilbert M. 'Broncho Billy' Anderson's shorts and pulling double duty as a stunt man. With America's entry into World War I in 1917, Bacon enlisted in the Navy and was assigned to the Photo Department. This began a lifelong admiration for the service and might explain the Navy being a favourite recurring theme in many of his films. After the war's end Bacon moved from Mutual (Charles Chaplin's studio at the time) to Triangle as a comedy actor. It was at this point that he got his first taste of directing ― he had let everyone at the studio know he had an interest in helming a picture, and when the director of a now forgotten Lloyd Hamilton comedy short fell ill, Bacon was given his chance. Constantly moving, he joined tightwad producer Mack Sennett as a gag writer. Sennett, sensing a bargain, happily accommodated Lloyd's desire to become a full-time director by early 1921. The Sennett studio was already in an irreversible decline during Bacon's tenure there but it allowed the novice director to gain a wealth of experience. He apprenticed for Sennett until joining Warner Brothers in 1925, an association that would last a remarkable 18 years and begin when the working-man's studio was building a strong stable of contract directors that included Michael Curtiz, Alan Crosland, John G. Adolfi and Mervyn LeRoy. Although Lloyd never became known for a particular style other than a well-placed close up, his ability to bring in an entertaining film on time and within budget earned him such enormous respect from the five Warner Brothers that he was soon handed control over important projects, including The Singing Fool (1928), Al Jolson's follow-up to The Jazz Singer (1927), which grossed an unheard-of (for Warners, at least) $4,000,000 in domestic receipts alone ― the studio's #1 hit for 1928. Bacon was rewarded by becoming the highest paid director on the studio lot, earning over $200,000 a year throughout the Depression. He was called upon to direct the studio's big-budget production of Moby Dick (1930), which garnered good notices, but it's a version that's barely remembered today. The 1930s saw Bacon assigned to the assembly line; aside from the Busby Berkeley-choreographed films, he directed many of James Cagney's crowd-pleasing two-week wonders, including Picture Snatcher (1933) (Cagney once remarked that the schedule on that picture was so tight that, one time after he and the cast had rehearsed a particular scene, Cagney said, “OK, Lloyd, are you ready to shoot?” Bacon grinned and said, “I just did!”) and The Irish in Us (1935). As a reward, he was occasionally afforded more time and money on productions such as Here Comes the Navy (1934) and Devil Dogs of the Air (1935). He also directed Cagney's return effort after his ill-advised move to cheapjack Grand National Pictures after one of his periodic salary disputes with studio head Jack L. Warner ― the badly miscast if frenetic Boy Meets Girl (1938). This was one of Cagney's least critically acclaimed Warner Brothers films of the 1930s, but a smash hit for the studio. During his years at Warners, Bacon gained a reputation as a clothes horse, the dapper director arriving on the set dressed to the nines, wearing expensive hats that he would hurl around the set when expressing his dissatisfaction (he ruined a lot of hats) at an actor's performance or missed cue. Bacon continued to turn out profitable films for the studio until moving to 20th Century-Fox in 1944 (a logical move, since the recently discharged Darryl F. Zanuck knew Bacon from his early days at Warners). He stayed at Fox until 1949, then bounced among Columbia, Fox, Universal and finally the chaotically-run RKO in 1954. He worked virtually until his death from a cerebral hemorrhage at age 65.

James Stewart on what makes a great film performance: In a 1972 BBC interview, the legendary actor was asked how he approaches biographical roles like Glenn Miller and Charles Lindbergh. His answer revealed a philosophy he'd developed over decades in Hollywood. "You have to make a thing believable without using the device of acting. And that doesn't make any sense at all." But then he explained what he meant: "Over the years, I've developed a theory. I'm getting to believe that in films, what everybody is striving for is to produce moments. Not a performance, not a characterization, not something that you get into the part and it's you. You produce moments that create a feeling of believability to what you're doing." Stewart admitted these moments aren't guaranteed. "Sometimes it doesn't go, nothing happens." To illustrate, he shared a story about director Billy Wilder, who was famous for shooting take after take. In one important scene, Wilder had already done 30 takes when one of the actors finally asked what they were doing wrong. Wilder's response: "No, you're doing it fine. I'm just waiting for something to happen." That, Stewart said, is what creating moments looks like in practice. You can't force it. You set the conditions and wait. He then offered a second piece of evidence for his theory, drawn from his interactions with fans over the years: "People will come up to me and say, 'Boy, I like that picture you did.' Now they won't remember the name of the picture. They won't remember where they saw it. They won't remember who was in it or who directed it. But they said, 'You know, that picture. You were in this room and you were some kind of a lawyer or something and this fellow was over there and he turned to you and he said (and I forget what he said) but you looked at him and boy, that look, that was some look.'" The plot fades. The credits fade. But the moment stays. And Stewart admitted he often agreed with them: "A great many times you remember that moment too. And you thought it was pretty good."

Analyzing Trailer 2, S2, Uzak Sehir Ah be. It feels good to be proven right sometimes, because frankly, at times it felt like I was making shit up from thin air - but I wasn't. There was a method to my madness (Thank God, I'm not ready for the straitjacket just yet). If you haven't read my analysis for ep 9, it'ks okay. It's attached below for your reading convenience because it's straight up tied to this beautiful scene in the latest trailer. The best thing that stood out to me at first glance, is that CihAl are still very much themselves. Yes, they've confessed and kissed, but they're still working through their issues. Yes, they're determined to fight for their love, but they're still also fighting their demons. Their awkwardness (when they're alone) is emphasized, because now they're going to learn each other as lovers. And, we get to watch that too (lucky us). Another plus point is they're still amazingly frank with each other. Cihan tells her 'If only touching you wasn't so difficult ' and Alya lovingly responds with 'When has anything been easy for us?' That tells us these folks are on the same wavelength to an undeniable degree. They've clearly had a heart-to-heart and understand where they stand. More importantly, they accept each other as they are, and that should tell you how mature their feelings are already. And then Alya tells him about how she had her own version of the infamous 'Beş saniye.' Obviously, she's trying to say the something sparked to life when she saw Cihan the first time. No, not like that you maniacs. Get your minds out of the gutter. She means the spark of recognition, of two hearts and souls recognizing each other. Like Bronte says, "Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same." They see each and come to life, even though the circumstances are less than ideal. But, that's the thing about CihAl isn't it. It's not an ordinary love story. It's a tale about love beating impossible odds to be realized in the most beautiful way. And, it's also Alya's way (her gentle and loving way) of putting Cihan at ease. For a man who has been deprived of care and love for most of his life, Alya is the soothing balm to his wounds, it's no wonder the man fell in love with her. Wouldn't you love your salvation? Anyone who tries to twist into something disgusting and says stupid shit like 'bu ne rezillik' needs their creepy heads examined. Anyhoo, moving on, and this is my absolute favorite part, because its a direct throwback to the MAJOR foreshadowing in episode 9. Cihan says, 'The road we took wasn't easy, but despite it all we made good progress.' And what does Alya say? She says, 'But we still have a way to go.' This is directly linked to the song that plays in episode 9 when they're flying a kite. In my opinion, it's the writer's way of saying 'Don't worry, I've got this. These two will do just fine.' And here's why. The following is what I wrote in my analysis of episode 9: "...In ep 9, when Kaya's arrested for shooting whatsisname to save Zerrin, you can see Alya making an effort to help Cihan out...You can see Cihan not only accepting Alya's support and sharing his burdens with her, but you can also see Alya empathizing with Cihan. And that theme continues throughout the episode. When Alya overhears Demir's evil scheme to buy Sahin's home to cause trouble for Cihan, she promptly calls Cihan to warn him. In a way, ep 8 and 9 serve to break the cycle of blame CihAl are stuck in and replace that with understanding and connection. It's no wonder then that we get to see the kite flying scene on the roof with Alya, Cihan, and Deniz, where all three actually look like a real family for the first time. The song that plays in the background is 'Daha Gidecek Yolumuz Var.' And the lyrics? This is what the verse that plays during that scene translates to: Beneath the weeping willow’s shade, Let it be you and I, meeting at last. Take my body, take my soul — Let this weary spirit finally be free. Take all I am, every trace of me — So that this soul might know peace. We have so far still to go, my beautiful beloved. The road stretches on before us. So far still to walk, hand in hand — The path isn’t done yet. Many don't see ep 9 for what it is. It's a major milestone for CihAl and the foundation for their love story..." In my opinion, CihAl have a beautiful journey ahead, with a beautiful ending. Not any of that 'tragic end' weirdness, because their story from the beginning has been about overcoming obstacles. About not just realizing an impossible love, but also living it to it's full extent. And it's for that reason, we're remined of 'We have so far still to go, my beautiful beloved. The road stretches on before us. So far still to walk, hand in hand.' Hand in hand being the operative words. The best part is, Cihal's journey together is just beginning. And on that note, here's to the happiest of endings. Till next time, happy reading people! #CihAl #UzakŞehir

The crew of 'Mr. Majestyk' (1973) nearly left on the first day of filming because of Charles Bronson. Richard Fleisher begged & convinced them to stay. Throughout the filming, Bronson was given the silent treatment by the crew. Richard Fleischer explaining the whole situation in detail: "The only way to describe Charles Bronson is "Mr. Charm." The United Nations could use his suave diplomacy. He demonstrated this considerable talent for making friends and influencing people on the first day of shooting on 'Mr. Majestyk' (1973) The entire company was parked along one side of a lonely back road several miles outside of La Junta, Colorado, early one September morning. The strung-out trucks, buses, and cars covered about a quarter of a mile. This was the spot where we were supposed to make the first shot of the movie, but we were stymied. The transporter carrying the cars that worked in the shot hadn't arrived. Without those cars there was nothing we could do. Either the transporter had broken down or there was a dreadful foul-up in the transportation department. Whatever it was, there was nothing to do but wait and pace. Bronson started complaining to me about the inefficiency of the whole company, even though we had yet to find out what had happened. After about an hour everyone was out on the road, chatting, playing cards, lounging. I found myself at one end of the line of parked vehicles with my first assistant, Buck Hall. Charlie Bronson was at the other end. The entire cast and crew stood between us Suddenly Charlie called out, "Hey, Dick!" I turned and shouted back, "Yeah, Charlie?" "You know what this company needs?" "No, I don't. What does it need?" "It needs a European first assistant and a European crew!" he shouted back. The entire company froze. This was an insult beyond compare or repair. The redneck coefficient of American movie crews is notorious. Compared to them the Ku Klux Klan and the Skinheads are the radical left. To be contemptuously compared to Europeans was a stunning slap in the face. Luckily, the transporter with the cars showed up at that moment and we went to work. As soon as we got back to the motel that evening, Buck Hall came to my room. Buck had been my assistant on many pictures over the years, and we were close and devoted friends. There were tears in his eyes. "The crew is leaving the picture tonight. They're going back to the studio and I'm going with them." Thank you, Charlie Bronson. We talked for a long time. I pleaded with him and begged him not to go. Out of loyalty and friendship he finally agreed to stay and to try to keep the crew from leaving. Buck came through for me. He and the crew remained on the picture, but they did something I'd never seen before, nor have I seen it since. They gave Bronson the silent treatment. Unless it was absolutely necessary, like calling him to the set, no one ever spoke to him again for the entire picture. Not a word. Not a "good morning" or a "good night." Charlie must have been aware of what was happening, but he never mentioned it to me. The only reference he ever made that something peculiar was going on was one day when he said, "I just don't understand it. Nobody calls me 'Charlie' on this picture. They only call me 'Mr. Bronson.'" ('Just Tell me When to cry', Richard Fleischer, 1993)

Six weeks after September 11, 2001, twelve American soldiers were quietly loaded onto a helicopter in Uzbekistan and flown over the Hindu Kush mountains in the dead of night. No tanks. No armored vehicles. No air support waiting on the ground. Just twelve Green Berets, over a hundred pounds of gear each, and a mission that their own commanders privately doubted any of them would survive. They landed in a remote Afghan village called Dehi, in the pitch black, surrounded by a country they barely had maps for. And then someone handed them horses. Not metaphorically. Actual horses — Afghan stallions, tough as nails and famously difficult to control. Wooden saddles covered in carpet scraps. Stirrups so short their knees rode up around their ears. Captain Mark Nutsch, who'd grown up on a cattle ranch in Kansas and competed in collegiate rodeos, became trail boss on the spot. For the other ten men on his team — Operational Detachment Alpha 595 of the 5th Special Forces Group — the learning curve was immediate and unforgiving. The first words one of his sergeants learned in Dari were: "How do you make him stop?" They had linked up with General Abdul Rashid Dostum, a Northern Alliance warlord who controlled thousands of fighters and knew this territory like the back of his hand. The deal was simple: the Americans would call in precision airstrikes from horseback. Dostum's cavalry would do the charging. Together, they would take Mazar-i-Sharif — a Taliban stronghold of 250,000 people — and crack open northern Afghanistan. Military planners had estimated it would take two years. Task Force Dagger gave ODA 595 three weeks. For 23 days of nearly continuous combat, the Horse Soldiers lived like men from a different century. They ate what the Afghans ate. They slept on the ground in freezing mountain passes. They rode trails so narrow and sheer that one wrong step meant a thousand-foot drop. Staff Sergeant Will Summers started the mission at 185 pounds. He left Afghanistan five weeks later weighing 143. The Taliban had tanks. Soviet-era armor, antiaircraft guns, fortified positions dug into the mountains. Against this, twelve Americans on horseback radioed coordinates to aircraft circling invisibly above, and watched the positions erupt. On November 9, 2001, they rode into the kind of moment that people are not supposed to experience in the modern world. Nutsch and his team joined hundreds of Dostum's horsemen in a thundering cavalry charge across an open plain — directly into entrenched Taliban lines. Under fire. At a gallop. Calling in close air support between strides. It was the first cavalry charge of the 21st century. It was also the last. The next day, Mazar-i-Sharif fell. The Taliban's northern stronghold collapsed. Within weeks, the regime itself began to unravel — a domino effect that started with twelve men and borrowed horses in the mountains. All twelve of them came home. Zero American fatalities. Against a fortified enemy that outnumbered and outgunned them at every turn. Today, across from Ground Zero in New York City, there is a bronze statue — sixteen feet tall — of a Special Forces soldier on horseback, rifle across his lap, looking west. It honors ODA 595 and the teams who rode with them. Most Americans walk past it every day without knowing the story. Now you do.
