Ive always wanted to post this whole conversation.. BIANCA' S PARENTS MUST HAVE AVAILED THE LIVESTREAM.. THATS WHY THEY NEVER judged DUSTIN. LIKE his haters did who probably watch it in Primetime, which is super edited or on tiktok vids who surely spliced it even more... to paint a certain narrative. He is just emotional of what happened.. Aminado nman silang lahat na sinadya nilang asarin sya ng paulit ulit. Kaya nya natawag na insensitive si michael kasi alam ng hurt na sya di pa rin tumitigil. ( even josh shared his experience with Michae and kira ) When he said di sya sanay sa ganun babae : putol lang kasi pero at the start of the video.. Dustin : ipaparinig mo na may gusto kang iba. my favorite part? How he explained "makakaapekto yun sa tingin ko syo." Dustin: ganun nman kasi talaga like yung actions natin.. for example sipain ko yan (cup tower) kahit sabihin kong joke lang nman anu magiging tingin mo sa kin? KUPS AKO. ginawa ko sya eh.. If anything this video proves kung gano nya talaga kagusto si Bianca from the start. Na before the incident puro positive lang yung nakikita nya sa kanya... and he was really happy. Hinde yung ganun.. Yung harapan tapos tropa tapos babae (na yung mga tropa nya tutuksuhin yung isa pa nyang tropa sa gusto nyang girl ) ๐Ÿ˜‚ GETS?? he also mentioned that at that point.. they've had serious conversations na about family etc. Josh even asked if maingay pa din si bianca during those talks.. Dustin: TAHIMIK i also appreciate how he stopped talking when he noticed cameras were on him and how he said mabait si brenty. ( na di rin comfortable kay michael by the way eh first duo nya ๐Ÿ˜‚) i hope everyone should see this.. the very conversation that has been blown out of proportion.. All villains have Backstories.. YES! but Dustin? he wasnt the villain...his backstory? makes him the victim.. Thank you sa pag edit sa primetime.. berigood kayo. #dustbia #dustinyu #BIANCADEVERA

SGAโ€™S EXCELLENCE: FUELING OKCโ€™S DOMINANCE & AN MVP CAMPAIGN โ€œThat was a masterpiece,โ€ said Thunder coach Mark Daigneault after Shai Gilgeous-Alexanderโ€™s 45-point outburst in Thursdayโ€™s win over Indiana. โ€œShai was outstanding โ€ฆ He was at his own pace the entire night. Great blend of passing and attacking. Great blend of shooting and attacking. He just had total control of the wheel.โ€ SGAโ€™s masterful outing extended the Thunderโ€™s league-best win streak to nine games. Tonight, OKC will face Charlotte (6 PM ET, NBA TV), looking to match its longest win streak in a single season since 2013-14 โ€” with Gilgeous-Alexander firmly in the driverโ€™s seat. MVP Level: Ranked third on the Kia NBA MVP Ladder, SGA (31.1 ppg, 6.1 apg, 2.0 spg) is the only player in the league averaging 30+ points, 6+ assists and 2+ steals. Leveling Up: Amid the win streak, heโ€™s elevated his game, averaging an NBA-best 33.8 points and 2.6 steals while raising both his FG% (54.2) and 3P% (37.3). In Thursdayโ€™s win, SGA shot 15-of-22 (68.2%) from the floor, 4-of-5 from deep (80%) and 11-for-11 (100%) from the line, becoming just the fourth player in NBA history to score 45+ points on 65/80/100 shooting splits or better. One game prior, he dropped 41 points with three steals and three blocks โ€” a feat no other player has accomplished this season โ€” proving his impact extends well beyond scoring. Since 2018-19, his first NBA season, SGA leads all players in 30+ point, 3+ steal games with 39. In that same span, he ranks first among guards in games of 3+ blocks and 3+ steals with seven. This season, SGA leads the Thunder in total steals (57) and blocks (32), and 72% of their forced turnovers come when heโ€™s on the floor. His all-around excellence drives OKCโ€™s success on both ends โ€” at an unprecedented level โ€” as itโ€™s on pace to become the first team to record more steals than turnovers since turnovers were first tracked in 1977-78. โ€œThereโ€™s two sides of the ball on every possession,โ€ said SGA after Mondayโ€™s win. โ€œI try to affect the game anywhere I can on every possession and help my team win.โ€ Tonight, the Thunder will not only look to match their longest single-season win streak since 2013-14 but also equal their best 30-game start since moving to Oklahoma City with 25 wins โ€” a mark set by the โ€™13-14 squad. That team was led by Kevin Durant, who went on to win that seasonโ€™s Kia NBA MVP. Eleven years later, OKC has another MVP-caliber player leading a historic start.

๐ŸšจPBBM to the Senators: GET BACK TO WORK! This is what he said in this interview: 1. Get back to work. Get back to work because it's important. Ang rules diyan bago ka mag-cancel ng session, you have to inform the other house three days before you cancel a session and there has to be a very good reason for canceling a session. 2. It is a rule that is contained in the Constitution. 3. I'm afraid all these events that we have been witnessing has thrown the Senate and its leadership, the whole Senate, into disarray. It has discredited the leadership and it has stopped the essential business of legislation in government. The two other departments continue to work. The Executive continues to work. The Judiciary continues to work. Why does the Legislature decide to stop working? I don't understand that. I talked to my fellow senators at the time I was senator and we cannot figure out bakit magkakaganto, anong nangyari, paano tayo napunta rito. 4. The best description I can have is that the Legislature is now in disarray. But that is exactly the opposite from what we are trying to achieve. We are trying to achieve some form of stability so that people can get on with their lives, so that people can plan ahead for their future, so that people can count on the assistance of government during this time of an emergency. And we cannot do that if the Legislature decides to stay at home and have a vacation. That is anathema to everything that governance is about. 5. I never imagined in my entire life, in my entire political life, that such a thing could happen, especially to the august โ€” it's no longer august now โ€” to the august body of the upper house, the Senate of the Philippines. ###

Should I start this biz? I have a metal shop like this on my property. Full HVAC, 2,100 sqft. It's rented for $2,500 month to month to a lawncare biz. There's insane demand in my area for youth personal sports training here, from middle to high school. My buddies keep telling me I'll have a waiting list. Anyone could start this anywhere. I'm considering filling my shop with equipment, lining with astroturf and renting it out by the hour to 2-3 trainers at a time. My area is somewhat rural but affluent, and 30 mins from downtown Dallas. There are no gyms here. The demographic is upper middle class families with overachieving kids and top tier schools. Lots and lots and lots of youth sports. Furthermore, Texas' LARGEST high school is 10 mins away - 5,400 students across 3 grades. I don't want a monthly memberships because I want to control the flow of people at any given time, even if less profitable. I'm optimizing for quality of life here, and not trying to manage a 6th biz or massive headache. I'm thinking: - $40 per hour time slot - 10 surge hours per day at $40 per - 10 low demand hours per day at $10 per - 4 down hours per day for cleaning - 2-3 max people per slot That's 1,800 slots per month. At 3 trainings per week on average you'd need 150 students to be at max capacity. I could sell bundles of time slots together at a discount. There are at least 10,000 middle - high schoolers within 10 miles... And ~3,000 sets of parents with too much money to spend on sports. ON PAPER, at full capacity thats $45k/month top line. Much better than $2,500! Not bad for 2,100 sqft. Maybe add an hourly employee and some vending machines with drinks and snacks. Make it really nice inside. It would require some upfront build out cost. I could see this biz going up almost anywhere. Rent out someone else's shop with permission to do this. Buy (rent) by the acre and sell by the foot. The WeWork for youth sports. I want to do this but have zero time. Poke holes in this please. It seems asymmetric to me. If it doesn't work out I resell the equipment, enjoy my new $12k astroturf floor and move on.

QUESTION: What is the relationship between section 91(2)โ€”the term limit provisionโ€”and section 95(2)โ€”the term length provision in the Constitution of Zimbabwe (2013)? ANSWER: Section 91(2) is the term-limit provision. It regulates the Presidentโ€™s tenure by limiting the length of time that he or she may hold or occupy the Presidency as a public officer to a maximum of two termsโ€”whether consecutive or notโ€”where three or more yearsโ€™ service is deemed a full term. By contrast, section 95(2) is the term-length provision. It regulates the electoral cycle of the Presidency as an office or institution by defining a single term as five years (now proposed to be seven years under Clause 4 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe (Amendment No. 3) H.B. 1 Bill, 2026). The relationship between sections 91(2) and 95(2) is therefore as clear and straightforward as that between a truck driver and a 500 km highway: section 91(2) limits the driver, while section 95(2) defines the length of the highway. Section 91(2) caps the time any individual may occupy the Presidency; section 95(2) sets the institutional length or duration of each presidential term or electoral cycle. This distinction matters because a persistent misconception claims that section 91(2) is not the presidential term-limit provision but merely a qualification rule for election as President, asserts that section 95(2) is the actual term-limit clause. Many who advance this incorrect view rely on one sentence in the obiter dictum by Patel JCC at paragraph 50 of the precedent-setting judgment in Marx Mupungu v Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs & 6 Ors (CCZ 7/21, 2021) [see: which includes section 95(2) among examples of term-limit provisions. That misconception overlooks a fundamental constitutional imperative: a presidential term-limit provision is, by definition, a disqualifier for election as President. Term limits on presidents are necessarily about elections. They limit qualification for election. Where there is no presidential term limit, re-election is unlimited. In a recent discussion with D. Tinashรฉ Hofisi on 23 April 2026 [ on the Constitution of Zimbabwe (Amendment No. 3) Bill hosted by The Southern African Times, I explained the relationship between the two sections. Below is the verbatim text of the attached clip extracted from the discussion addressing the import of section 91(2) and its relationship with section 95(2): ME: โ€œItโ€™s a clear term limit provision; is similar to term limit provisions in other jurisdictions that are comparable to Zimbabwe. And when you say it doesnโ€™t have time, it doesnโ€™t make reference to time, Iโ€™m at a loss as to what that means, and where that is coming from, with respect to Dr Hofisi, because it says a person is disqualified for election as President or appointment as Vice President if he or she has already held office as President under this constitution for two terms. This is the only section which tells us how many terms a President is limited to. Section 95 doesnโ€™t even tell us that heโ€™s limited to one term. Thereโ€™s no limit. This one limits the President to two terms. And the two terms, the last time I checked, was a reference to time. And in this case, the section doesnโ€™t leave us doubting or not knowing what a term is or what sort of time a term is. Because it continues to say these two terms are counted whether they follow each other or not. But most significantly, for the purpose of the limit on the President, the term limit on the President, which is provided in this section: three or more years. Thatโ€™s time. You said thereโ€™s no time here. Three years is time. The length of time is three years minimum, and the maximum is more. Itโ€™s not defined here. Itโ€™s three or more years. Itโ€™s more because that is subject to what the relevant law about electoral cycles says is the electoral cycle of the institution that the President occupiesโ€. [verbatim text of clip from The 500 km Highway Metaphor: Distinguishing Sections 91(2) and 95(2) of the Constitution To clearly understand the relationship between sections 91(2) and 95(2), imagine the Presidency as a magnificent 500-kilometre highway built and maintained by section 95(2) of the Constitution. This provision creates the presidential highway itself: it defines the office of the President as a permanent public institution and sets the exact length of each single term โ€” currently five years, now proposed under the Bill to be seven years. It establishes a structured, recurring electoral cycle that belongs to the people of Zimbabwe, ensuring regular, orderly renewal of leadership. Without section 95(2), there would be no defined road โ€” only an open plain of indefinite power. Section 91(2) governs the individual truck driver on that highway. It imposes an absolute lifetime limit: no person may complete more than two full trips along this 500 km highway, whether those trips are taken back-to-back or years apart. Any segment of 300 kilometres or more โ€” that is, three or more years in office โ€” counts as one complete trip. There are no partial credits or exceptions. After two full trips, the driver is permanently disqualified from driving on that highway, again. The distinction is sharp and deliberate: Section 95(2) builds the highway and determines the length of each journey. Section 91(2) limits how many times any single individual is permitted to travel it. One structures the office; the other limits the person who occupies it. Together, they form the Constitutionโ€™s twin safeguards โ€” working in perfect harmony to keep power temporary, accountable, and subordinate to the will of the people. To conflate their distinct roles is to weaken these vital safeguards and to invite the very tyranny the Constitution was written to prevent. The Profound and Protective Meaning of โ€œThree or More Yearsโ€ in Section 91(2) of the Constitution At the heart of section 91(2) lies one of the Constitutionโ€™s most brilliant safeguards: โ€œfor the purpose of this subsection, three or more yearsโ€™ service is deemed to be a full term.โ€ The word โ€œmoreโ€ is no mere drafting flourishโ€”it is deliberate constitutional genius. It declares that section 91(2), as the personal lifetime term-limit provision, imposes no rigid numerical ceiling. Subject to what is reasonable and justifiable in a constitutional democracy under section 95(2), service of four years, five years, six years, seven years, or even longerโ€”once it exceeds the three-year thresholdโ€”is unequivocally deemed a complete term for the purpose of lifetime disqualification. This flexibility is not a loophole; it is a wise design that refuses to let the term-limit clause under section 91(2) become brittle or easily evaded. This open-ended โ€œmoreโ€ is anchored in section 91(2)โ€™s harmonious relationship with section 95(2)(b), which defines the official electoral cycle of the Presidency as a permanent public institution whose five-year lifespan is inextricably intertwined with that of Parliament. Section 91(2) places an iron-clad personal disqualification on the individual; section 95(2) defines the dimensions of the highway itself. Crucially, section 95(2) is not a term-limit provision under subsections (1) and (7) of section 328. Unlike the referendum-protected personal term limit in section 91(2), it may be amended by Parliament under section 328(5) without a national referendum. This distinction is no accident; it is constitutional wisdom. It allows the institutional framework of the Presidency to evolve with the nationโ€™s needs while the unbreakable personal lifetime bar on any single individual remains forever sacrosanct. All told, sections 91(2) and 95(2) differ in character and purposeโ€”one limits the President, the other structures the public office or institution of the Presidencyโ€”yet they stand together as the Constitutionโ€™s twin guardians. This elegant complementarity keeps presidential power temporary, accountable, and forever subordinate to the sovereign will of the people through the institution or office of the Presidency. To respect and defend this relationship is to honour the very soul of the Constitution: ensuring that no individual can ever turn the highway into their drivewayโ€”turning the public office into a personal fiefdomโ€”and that the highway of governance remains open, regularly renewed, and eternally in faithful service to the people of Zimbabwe. This is the promise the Constitution makes!

FBI Actions: People are now outraged on social media because the FBI went to the home of a Muslim woman named Rolla Abdeljawad and asked her about her Facebook posts. People questioned whether they were really FBI and then attacked these agents doing their jobs. Letโ€™s clarify a few things: 1) These are in FACT FBI agents. It has been confirmed. 2) The video is out of context. The confrontation started well prior to the video starting. The agents identified themselves to Rolla. Rolla then apparently ran into the other room to get her phone to record them. They then refused to ID themselves on Video, after already allegedly identifying themselves. 3) Here is one of the posts made on Facebook from the womanโ€™s account apparently: โ€œIsrahelli terrorist filth. They think Ramadan is a weakness for Muslims not, realizing Ramadan is the strength. May Allah destroy every single despicable zionist, their supporters and backers.โ€ This is one of many posts like it. 4) The FBI has a duty to stop any possible crime before it takes place. To do that they question people all the time. 5) This is NOT a violation of free speech. Threatening other people is NOT 'Free Speech'. Questioning someone about their speech is also not a violation of speech. I have had the FBI at my home several times after people had threatened my family or used my name to threaten to blow up airports and daycares. This is their job. If you have a problem with that then consider the numerous terror attacks they have stopped over the last 2 decades.

My secret project that has been in the works is finally done!! ๐Ÿšจ Family Meetingโ€ฆ People are going to dislike what I have to say, but Iโ€™m going to say whatโ€™s on my heartโ€ฆ because something about all of this seems very wrong In April, May, June, and now July, a narrative of false flag attacks have been building. Do you notice it? Will your personal biasโ€™s allow you to see it? That narrative is to build sympathy for the Israeli government and disdain for those affected in Palestine. And something major is brewingโ€ฆ this is just the lead in. 1.) Israeli Embassy Couple killed at Jewish Museum in DC. The suspect chanted โ€œFree Palestineโ€ as he committed these murders and was arrested. 2.) A woman named Yasmeen Zohra Roubou, social Media โ€œInfluencerโ€ went viral for walking down the street shouting โ€œHeil Hitlerโ€ and Pro-Gaza talking points, while a truck followed her 3) A man set people on fire chanting โ€œFree Palestineโ€ 4. Mike Pompeo warns of incoming False Flag Attacks 5. Now a gunmen in NY while on a rampage shouts โ€œFree Palestineโ€ ๐Ÿ”ด I said this months ago: Iโ€™m not going to mince wordsโ€ฆ this absolutely stinks, 100% like a FF attack โ€” planned and coordinated to artificially inject sympathy towards Israel, because frankly, the government of Israel has been losing its support. And I have a feeling, more FF attacks are coming and will escalate as we head into summer. Remember thatโ€ฆ Pay attention to what they could TRY to install as a reactionary โ€œjustifiedโ€ measure to thisโ€ฆ False Flag attacks โ€œjustifyโ€ actionsโ€ฆ โ€” just as 9/11 โ€” just as Pearl Harbor โ€” just like the USS Liberty โ€” just as Operation Northwoods โ€” just as the Gulf of Tonkin Let me be 100% clear, antisemitism amongst most americans is a fableโ€ฆ and way less common than racismโ€ฆ because frankly, most Americans donโ€™t give a crap and want to just be left alone to live our lives.. But, there is an injected presence within the US where George Soros himself and the Rockefellers ARE LITERALLY FUNDING these pro-Hamas protestors where THEY (not us) are antisemitic. AND DO NOT dismiss the fact that the Government of Israel may be behind these โ€œFree Palestineโ€ efforts in America. Regardless of what side youโ€™re on re: Palestine and Isreal, you have to listen to your gut when something feels wrong.. when something feels off. So if you are pro-Israel on the Gaza issue, and that is where your heart aligns, you are being used. Your emotions are being hijacked. If you are pro-Palestine, and that is where your heart aligns, you are being used. Your emotions are being highjacked. As I said, these manufactured โ€œanti-Israelโ€ FFโ€™s will likely escalate as we approach summer. (IT HAS) I think we all can sense that something is brewing.. I love you guysโ€ฆ try to keep your discernment.

Tanzania's "Peace Through Torture": President Samia's Shocking Admission and the Plight of Regional Activists In a chilling revelation captured in a viral video, Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan has openly confirmed the government's use of torture against citizens from neighboring countries, framing it as a necessary measure to "protect peace and sovereignty." The video shows Samia addressing a crowd, stating that "interference from outsiders threatens our stability, and we will use all meansโ€”however firmโ€”to safeguard our nation's tranquility." This comes amid mounting accusations of human rights abuses during the high-profile treason trial of opposition leader Tundu Lissu, arrested on April 9, 2025, after a rally in Mbinga. The most egregious violations targeted Kenyan activist Boniface Mwangi and Ugandan journalist Agather Atuhaire , who traveled to Dar es Salaam in May 2025 to observe Lissu's court hearing on May 19. The Peopleโ€™s President , a prominent Kenyan rights defender, was arbitrarily arrested upon arrival, subjected to enforced disappearance for four days, and endured severe torture, including sexual assault. In a June 3 BBC interview, Mwangi detailed the "shame and guilt" of being beaten, stripped, and violated by security forces, actions Amnesty International condemned as breaches of the UN Convention Against Torture. Atuhaire, a 2023 U.S. State Department "International Woman of Courage" awardee, suffered even more horrific abuse : she was raped, smeared with excrement, and beaten during incommunicado detention before being "dumped" at the Ugandan border on May 23, showing clear signs of trauma. Both were forcibly deported without charge, in violation of Tanzanian constitutional protections against cruel treatment and East African Community (EAC) protocols on human rights. These acts, part of a broader crackdown ahead of Tanzania's October 2025 elections, underscore a dangerous regression under Samia's leadership, which was once hailed for its reforms. By endorsing such brutality, the government risks isolating Tanzania regionally, inviting EAC sanctions, and straining ties with Kenya and Uganda. Border Blocks and Brutal Assaults : Tanzania's Assault on EAC Solidarity in the Lissu Case As Tundu Lissu's treason trial unfoldedโ€”sparked by his April 2025 call for electoral boycotts unless reforms were enactedโ€”the Tanzanian government orchestrated a series of "attacks" on Kenyans attempting to attend hearings, revealing a calculated effort to stifle cross-border solidarity. These weren't mere denials; they involved physical assaults, arbitrary detentions, and deportations, all traceable to the state security apparatus. Reports from Human Rights Watch and Reuters indicate Tanzanian immigration officials, acting on direct orders, targeted flights and borders, with plainclothes agents harassing travelers en route to Dar es Salaam. Boniface Mwangi and Agather Atuhaire were not isolated victims ; they were part of a larger wave where activists were roughed up, phones confiscated, and threats issued to deter attendance. This echoes earlier incidents, like the April 24 virtual hearing boycott by Lissu, where Tanzanian police arrested CHADEMA officials en route to protests. Such tactics, justified by President Samia as defending against "meddling," directly implicate the state in violating freedom of movement under Article 104 of the 1999 EAC Treaty, which guarantees citizens' right to enter partner states for lawful purposes like court observation. The dangers are profound : These violations erode EAC integration, fostering xenophobia and retaliatory border closures that could cripple trade (worth $5 billion annually between Kenya and Tanzania). Legally, they contravene Tanzania's 1977 Constitution (Article 13 on personal liberty) and the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights, exposing officials to scrutiny by the International Criminal Court for systematic abuses. Regionally, it signals a chilling effect on activism, discouraging EAC citizens from supporting justice across borders and weakening the bloc's human rights framework. Here's a dated list of key individuals blocked or assaulted while attempting to attend Lissu's hearings: | May 18, 2025 | Martha Karua | Kenyan Senior Counsel, former Justice Minister | Denied entry at Dar Airport; briefly detained and deported same day. | | May 18, 2025 | Willy Mutunga | Former Kenyan Chief Justice | Blocked at border; part of delegation, threatened with arrest. | | May 19, 2025 | Gloria Kimani | Kenyan Rights Activist | Denied entry; luggage searched and held for hours before forced return. | | May 19, 2025 | Boniface Mwangi | Kenyan Activist | Arrested at airport, tortured (sexual assault, beatings), disappeared for 4 days, deported May 23. | | May 19, 2025 | Willy Mutunga | Former Kenyan Chief Justice | Intercepted at Dar es Salaam; denied entry despite prior allowance in April. | | May 19-23, 2025 | Agather Atuhaire | Ugandan Journalist/Activist | Detained with Mwangi; raped, tortured, abandoned at Ugandan border on May 23. | These blocks, affecting at least seven high-profile figures, flagrantly defy EAC principles, where lawyers and citizens should freely monitor trials to uphold judicial independence. Ripples of Repression : The Perilous Fallout from Samia's Defiant Rhetoric President Samia Suluhu Hassan's May 20, 2025, statementโ€”warning "meddling" Kenyan activists against interfering in Tanzania's affairsโ€”has amplified the crisis, effectively endorsing the atrocities as a bulwark for "peace." Echoed in her recent Instagram appearance, this rhetoric has emboldened security forces, leading to a spike in arbitrary arrests and a 30% rise in reported cross-border tensions, per EAC monitors. The effect? International outrage: The U.S. State Department issued a May 27 condemnation, demanding investigations, while Amnesty and the International Commission of Jurists filed suits in June, citing UNCAT breaches. For Tanzania, the dangers are existential. Committing such atrocities invites economic blowbackโ€”potential EAC trade suspensions could slash GDP by 2-3%โ€”and diplomatic isolation, as Kenya's President Ruto halted joint patrols. Violating freedom of movement not only shreds EAC trust but fosters instability: Repressed dissent festers into unrest, as seen in Lissu's defiant May 19 court fist-raise, galvanizing CHADEMA supporters. Tanzanian lawyers, bound by the Tanganyika Law Society Code, face ethical dilemmas in defending a regime flouting due process, while EAC citizens lose faith in a union promising seamless mobility. Samia's words, meant to project strength, instead expose fragility, risking a regional human rights reckoning that could topple her reformist facade. #ChangeTanzania

THIS WEEKEND'S STORM FEATURES MANY TWISTS AND TURNS.. MY 1ST CALL SNOWFALL MAP... I feel strongly enough to put out a first look at the weekend storm (Saturday afternoon - Sunday morning) as the models have essentially held on to a consistent trend in the vort max and low development going into Saturday afternoon. Two area's that remain a stronger confidence level for me is the area in pink where the mode of precip is pure snow and gray area where mixing will be a big factor during the middle of the event. When you run the overall precip numbers and thermals you arrive in this ball park (outlined below) The twists and turns come into play once we see the vort max rotate north and the interaction between the energy and coastal low by Saturday night. This is why you see such a massive range (6-16") in the pink area as this could either go into a more moderate snow event working off 10:1-11:1 ratios and ending quickly OR we see a slower process with more moisture working northbound. The area in white should see at least 4" with a 6" maximum. I don't see this area going much higher given all that is on the table and how climatology goes. That said, this is also an area I could easily extend into #Baltimore and #DC faster than #Philadelphia and #NYC given wind vectors and cold air advancement. A personal aside, as a TV meteorologist and private sector forecaster I don't like to over-promise and under deliver. That costs $$ and bothers people. That being said, I will not dilute a forecast to hedge it as playing conservative holds more danger to public perception. So understanding my position should hopefully squash any bias you may feel I have :) Here's my initial feeling as we stand here at 6pm on 1/2/24 for a forecast for the weekend! MORE LATER..

Three Reasons To Buy Bitcoin (Right Now) In this clip from The Call, Macro & Digital Assets analyst Joshua Steiner provides the basis for why Hedgeye has pivoted to a Bullish position on Bitcoin. ๐Ÿ”Š Among the reasons is a shift to Monthly Quad 2 - when growth and inflation are accelerating at the same time. "The only quad that Bitcoin backtests really poorly in is Quad 4 [when growth and inflation slow together]," Steiner explains. "The best is in Quad 3 [when growth slows, but inflation accelerates]. And interestingly we have a May Quad 3 and a June Quad 2." Steiner also highlights Hedgeyeโ€™s current Bullish trend signal on Bitcoin, noting that the cryptocurrency is in a pivotal stage of its quadrennial halving cycleโ€”a period that has historically marked some of its most explosive return phases. Make no mistake, Hedgeye views Bitcoin as just another asset to be bought and sold in the appropriate economic environments. We don't blindly hold it in perpetuity - we buy it when it's appropriate and short it when the data tells us to. Hedgeye CEO Keith McCullough also summarized the three reasons to buy Bitcoin: "The [bullish] signal says buy it. The Quad says buy it. And the fundamental backdrop on the supply side that Steiner walked through says buy it. I don't have to spend the rest of my life telling you how smart I am about Bitcoin." ****** Subscribe to The Call for more daily investment insights ๐Ÿ‘‡

My ep w Allan Dafoe (director of frontier safety & governance at DeepMind): "Tech doesn't force us to do anything, it merely opens the door โ€“ and it's military-economic competition that forces us through." (32:25) "We're not at peak returns to generality." (1:38:06) "The counterposition I would offer is: you don't want to equip groups trying to shape history with a naive model of what's possible..." (20:31) "The agricultural revolution, evidence suggests, was not great for a lot of people... probably health and welfare went down." (13:27) "He gave a demonstration of cannons bombarding the shore... The Japanese asked him, 'Will you bring your ships again?' And he said, 'I'll bring more.'... That was the opening of Japan.
