congratulations!! And yes ugu would do so well in your balcony. You can also have some efo (shoko) as well. It’s the one with pink flowers. Good for soups and salads. Then kale. Also consider herbs like scent leaf (basil), mint, and lemon grass for teas.

I can so relate with this especially with searching for a place for so long. Had the same issue and ended up settling for one that has a long list of problems that I can’t begin to go into although there are a few perks. But as a result, I am back on the the hunt again. Hopefully, the second time is a charm. Your home looks beautiful, wishing you plenty happy & joyful memories there.
