Omg, I am absolutely dying here! So, I finally started on the much-acclaimed German series Dark, which has time travel as an element. Without spoiling it too much, some people from the year 2019 end up in 1953. Some of the clothes they were wearing are discovered, and the people in the 1950s are super confused because "all their clothes are made in China." 🤣🤣🤣

Here’s how I finally tackled my chronically tight hips! 🔄 1️⃣ The Weighted Hip Shift. This was a game changer, and adding weight allowed me to reach a deeper stretch and unlock greater mobility in my hips. 2️⃣ The Seated Good Morning. This provides a stretch in my lower back and hamstrings and strengthens these muscles through the full range of motion. It gave my posterior chain the attention it deserved — minus the stress on my spine. Together, these exercises transformed my flexibility and strength. X is finally rolling out the redesign of profiles and tabs! 🔥 The classic blue is gone, active tabs now highlight in black or white, with icons appearing next to the active tab name. You’ll also feel satisfying haptics every time you switch tabs. Profiles just got a lot cleaner: tabs have been replaced by icons, reducing visual clutter. Posts & Highlights are now combined into one tab (just tap to switch between them). Same with Videos & Photos. A brand new Reposts tab has been added, so everything you repost lives there instead of mixing with your original posts. Plus, your posts no longer appear in the Replies tab. I’m loving how X is evolving with the new redesigns they’re doing. Thanks to Benji and the design team for this! 👏
