I know a setup like this for many people would look cool and convenient but hear me out. I would only utilize something like this while parked in a camping area with other people. I would not use this by myself in the middle of the woods like this. I don’t feel they are safe and I’ll explain why. First off and most importantly, I don’t see a safe way to secure it. It’s all thin plastic sheeting meant to be waterproof but can be easily cut to gain access. If anyone wanted to cause harm or rob you, all they have to do is cut through the sheeting and they would have access to everything. It wouldn’t be hard to break into this. Then I look at how long it takes to setup, while it shows one person can set this up by themselves. Look at how long it takes to do this, it’s very impractical. I feel something like this that’s an add on to a vehicle should be much easier, like pushing a button and everything is pops out by itself. In an emergency I couldn’t imagine trying to fold things back in the right way while trying to escape. Could you imagine trying to outrun a bear in this only for it to be ripped off by tree branches cause you couldn’t fold it in time? The scenario I’m thinking of is what if I am being chased by a wild animal like a wolf or a bear. I couldn’t just hop in my Jeep and take off with this setup. Everything is folded out and tethered into the ground. It’s not like a traditional tent I could leave behind. If I was out camping with friends for a few days I think this could be ok. But doing a van life of camping for months at a time during the summer months wouldn’t be safe or practical as a solid unit like a standard RV. I wouldn’t be comfortable or safe in something like this.

Today I took one full link off my weighted hula hoop waist trainer. That’s not cosmetic. That’s not “just water.” That’s at least a couple inches off my waist in two months. And no, that didn’t come from one magic tool or one perfect week. That came from showing up for myself every single day. Even when I was hurting. Even when I was tired. Even when I was emotional. Even when I had cramps. Even when I felt like I was sucking at everything. I still showed up. Sometimes that looked like walking. Sometimes it looked like swinging that weighted hula hoop. Sometimes it looked like hydration. Sometimes it looked like choosing the right food. Sometimes it looked like resting instead of pushing. All of it counts. All of it matters. This isn’t just about what you eat, even though nutrition is foundational. It’s also about what you think, what you feel, and how you move. It’s about stacking small, boring, repeatable wins. Be persistent. Be annoying about it. Be so reliable to yourself that it becomes predictable. That’s where real change happens. I’ve lost 137 pounds since March 2. Today I took one full link off my weighted hula hoop waist trainer. That’s not cosmetic. That’s not “just water.” That’s at least a couple inches off my waist in two months. And no, that didn’t come from one magic tool or one perfect week. That came from showing up for myself every single day. Even when I was hurting. Even when I was tired. Even when I was emotional. Even when I had cramps. Even when I felt like I was sucking at everything. I still showed up. Sometimes that looked like walking. Sometimes it looked like swinging that weighted hula hoop. Sometimes it looked like hydration. Sometimes it looked like choosing the right food. Sometimes it looked like resting instead of pushing. All of it counts. All of it matters. This isn’t just about what you eat, even though nutrition is foundational. It’s also about what you think, what you feel, and how you move. It’s about stacking small, boring, repeatable wins. Be persistent. Be annoying about it. Be so reliable to yourself that it becomes predictable. That’s where real change happens. I’ve lost 137 pounds since March 2. Woke up today on the 12th of this month and I figured it’s time to move on from Superman! Im no super human… I cry ! I struggle! I feel like everyone else. Through the lies, the media and the hate I still show love and Smile Through The Storm. But now Im taking off the cape and retiring from all basketball to pour into my family and give back to communities worldwide. I know some of you might think I thought he already “retired” but I didn’t… the game retired me! I still had more left to give ! Yeah I did play professionally for 20 years and Im grateful to be able to say that but I can’t lie seeing these other players still going at it at age 40 inspired me to want to keep trying but now I believe my duty will be to pass it down to the next generation . So Thank you to all my fans and supporters throughout this journey I love and appreciate yall dearly because without yall it would be no me! Also thank you to the Naysayers, the haters, the snakes, and people that came into my life to try to destroy me. Because everytime yall did …it only made me stronger. When my documentary releases this year the world will know the truth about EVERYTHING! 🐹 “Back to Life” was made about two or three years ago. I really wanted to try making a full-on rock song, so I told producer Helix that I wanted to make something like that and asked him to send me a track. He sent me one, and then I started working on it. Even the very first draft had all English lyrics. Back then, I wrote everything by myself, so there were a lot of grammatical mistakes and parts where the expressions weren’t strong enough. I kept it as a guide for a while, and then this year, when talk came up about doing a SKZ-PLAYER, I thought maybe this would be the right song to bring back out. So I asked LB to work on the lyrics. Based on the message I wanted to convey, I asked him to help fix the grammar and flesh things out more, and that’s how the song was completed. I think this was the right timing to release it. So I rerecorded everything, revised the track too, and that’s how it came out. 🐹 “Where did you make ‘Back to Life’?” I made it at my old studio, not the one I’m using now. 🐹 “What program do you use?” Cubase! 🐹 “When did you film the music video?” You know how I sent that Bubble message really early in the morning saying that I was going to do a lot this year? No, your problems stem from not having a setup. That’s what your problems are. If you have discipline problems or this or that, it comes from you not having a setup. You don’t know how to implement a setup. You don’t know when to trade it and when not to trade it. That’s what your focus should be on, okay? Your focus should be on studying setups and owning a setup like, let’s say you have watched my streams for a while and you’re like oh, this breakout setup he keeps talking about a lot and recommending, maybe I should study this thing, maybe I should spend a couple of hundred hours going back looking at hundreds of stocks, go back a few decades and then you look for all of these variations of that setup, like you confirm it. Is this a real thing okay? And then you look at it, what should I do, where should I put my stop, what kind of exit rules should I have? Like I know Kristjan recommends a 10 and 20 but if I use maybe the exponential moving average, this and that, maybe I oh I think this works a bit better than what Kristjan recommends. Hey I’ll use this instead or hey I think the 10 and 20 work fine. And then you start looking at okay what type of market environments do most of these setups happen? When do these things break out and have the best follow through? I know Kristjan has been talking about trying to you know avoiding buying breakouts when the 10 days sloping lower, the 20 days sloping lower, and the 10 days below the 20 day. Most of the time when the 10 day if you look at the major index like Nasdaq when the 10 days sloping lower, the 20 days sloping lower and the 10 days below the 20 days most of that time you don’t get many setups and if you get them they usually fail. Hey okay so now I know what setup to trade, where to put my stop, where to exit, where to take profits, I know what kind of market environments to trade this setup. Is this a real thing okay? And then you look at it, what should I do, where should I put my stop, what kind of exit rules should I have? Like I know Kristjan recommends a 10 and 20 but if I use maybe the exponential moving average, this and that, maybe I oh I think this works a bit better than what Kristjan recommends. Hey I’ll use this instead or hey I think the 10 and 20 work fine. And then you start looking at okay what type of market environments do most of these setups happen? When do these things break out and have the best follow through? I know Kristjan has been talking about trying to you know avoiding buying breakouts when the 10 days sloping lower, the 20 days sloping lower, and the 10 days below the 20 day. Most of the time when the 10 day if you look at the major index like Nasdaq when the 10 days sloping lower, the 20 days sloping lower and the 10 days below the 20 days most of that time you don’t get many setups and if you get them they usually fail. Hey okay so now I know what setup to trade, where to put my stop, where to exit, where to take profits, I know what kind of market environments to trade this setup.
