Finally slowly back to normal training after my herniated disc. Peptides have definitely helped a lot. I can only recommend everyone to look into it.

For those who asked about which Peptides. My lowest disc in the lower back is dried out, almost no fluid left, classic herniated disc. Flared up hard in March, could barely sit or stand without pain. Went on for 3 months with zero improvement. Also had a biceps tendon issue for over a year, couldn’t curl on the right side. Plus something in the right shoulder that made shoulder press painful. In June I ran BPC-157 and TB-500 for about 6 weeks.Separate, normal doses like everyone recommends, injected into belly fat. After 3-4 weeks it already felt better. Now after the cycle, zero pain in biceps and shoulder. Disc still needs physio and rest, but already much better. I can clearly say these peptides helped me a lot.Don’t know if it works the same for everyone, I’m no expert. Personally I’d run them again if problems come back. Also thinking about other peptides for muscle building etc.

I think we’re asking the wrong questions. Before asking, “Does this peptide work?” Ask: • Do we know what’s actually in the vial? • What is the quality of the evidence? • What evidence argues against its use? • Do we have meaningful long-term safety data? That’s how we turn exciting science into responsible medicine.
