You know, it's really hard to say the words she said. Props to her for owning up to the mistakes made. In my opinion, that's a sign of good leader... taking the heat on themselves and not letting their subordinates shoulder blame, because ultimately, the buck stops with her. Unless, she does not learn from this experience and prevent anything like it from happening again.
