i think it’s been enough time & we can finally address this particular discourse, and i think there’s a healthy discussion we can have about it. i genuinely think a fully traditional rendition in 2026, by artists operating at a global pop level, would have changed how the project was received internationally. there’s a very real possibility it would’ve been boxed into “world music,” treated more like cultural exhibition than a modern musical statement, keeping in mind that Arirang Album is not for 'aesthetics' nor is it a history lesson. using 808s, trap production, pop structures, and english hooks while still centering Arirang was actually a significant artistic choice. historically, Arirang was the song of ordinary people. in today’s world, pop culture/pop music is the common language. using contemporary pop to carry that sentiment to millions of listeners across countries feels very aligned with the spirit of what Arirang represented in its own time. and ‘unapologetically korean’ does not have to mean “only in korean” or “frozen in tradition.” it can also mean Korean artists having full control over how their culture is presented, modernized, exported, and understood. i also think if they had leaned entirely into historical styling and traditional presentation, western media may have reduced it to a “cultural curiosity” instead of engaging with it as a current, competitive pop release. critics likely would’ve framed it as heritage performance before artistry. i am glad they chose this route for the album.

Here is a drill to help you learn what it feels like to use the ground and start to sequence effectively. Notice how the club is setup in the video between my feet. Get to your back swing and jump favoring your lead foot left and laterally like I am. With that feeling step in and hit one. Not where you are pushing off from when you swing and try and get that into a feeling that makes sense to you. This is how power is created in the golf swing. This is also where physical limitations can show up.

The fun part of experimenting with brushes is that you have to figure out how the ink behaves first. How it spreads. How it flows. Only after that do you start thinking about texture. And honestly both parts are hard in their own way. What I tried today was adding something like a magnetic force into the ink. So while drawing, these unexpected textures start to show up.Most of the strength and density come from layering 2D Perlin noise. It’s actually really fun to play with. A lot of time goes into things no one ever notices. That’s just life :)

Michael Rublof from took one of those videos, and turned it into a NeRF using Colmap and Nerfstudio. While people are laughing at the topology of generated models, the world is changing around us, and that's exciting and a little scary, but we'll find a way to turn Gen Ai into creative superpowers. Did you even listen to the members during Arirang Notes and other interviews? Do you really think you know better than them? This isn’t about choosing Come Over over Into the Sun or the other way around. Both deserve to be heard properly. We wanted Come Over to be included in the album as well, not just as a hidden track—we genuinely find it moving and truly a masterpiece. But that doesn’t mean another track should be pushed down or replaced. It’s about giving space to both songs without removing anything at all.

Sitting here watching my Cybertruck charge with the mountains of Utah in the background, it hit me again… I really believe this is the most beautiful Tesla ever made. Every angle is different. It looks futuristic without trying too hard, and it fits just as well in the middle of a city as it does surrounded by nature like this. What makes this truck special is so much more than just the stainless steel or design. For me it’s how capable and practical it is. Long road trips, hauling gear, camping, tough weather, and FSD… it feels like THE one vehicle built to do almost everything. I’ve owned and driven many Teslas over the years, and every one has been amazing in their own unique way, but the Cybertruck is the first one that genuinely makes me stop and look back every time I park it. Driving across the U.S. in this beast has only reinforced that feeling. And to me, the Cybertruck is the best vehicle Tesla has ever built.

ok so i wanna talk about how crazy and cool beomgyu is. this game is basically like you have to hide well and not get caught by the seekers bc if they catch you, you'll go to jail and you will need to have the key to be free. you will be given the time to find the keys before the seekers start finding you. and from the teaser, beomgyu managed to find 2 out of 4 keys all by himself, by wandering alone in a floor separated from the other 4 like that's genuinely crazy???? 😭 also i heard that he's the first and only one who has pretended to be the seeker in all 5 sumbakkokjil episodes??? 😭😭😭😭 HE'S ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL TRULY

This is how the US gets to stay in extremely dangerous places around the world, and the unit responsible for it is CAPOC. It's manned by extremely charismatic and intelligent officers. Every event and encounter is accounted for, studied and eventually every loss is turned into a win. In Vietnam era terminology it's called winning hearts and minds. The majority of humans, by their core nature, are unwilling to attack a friendly face. Furthermore, when they connect with someone, genuinely, they are unlikely to betray them most of the time. Stack these events and the likelihood of immersion with the locals becomes high. Then you facilitate your strategic objectives, without any interference from the locals, because they're already on your side. What you don't do is a road-side execution, fit for a terror organisation. This doesn't just lose you the locals but creates an environment where people around the world want to actively see you harmed, or lose.
