This must be awesome for people who don’t read text on webpages

We know what must be done

@geckones We need Bad Apple too

*monkeys paw curls* this will be used for ads

The illuminated manuscripts are actually illuminated now

i'm losing my mind at using the unabomber manifesto for this

this is a typographic war crime. Every frame spawns fresh rivers, widow/orphan atrocities, and hyphenation disasters that would make even the 1998 Word justify algorithm blush....

@ClarenceLiu Damn, I only want to read this text.

I won't prefer this constantly changing layout, too distracting. Tell me if i am wrong

Holy shit this proves gen z can't fucking read and thinks words are just there to be animated. We're fucked.

My tryna read any of this shit

damn this blew up way too much when cheng presented this at a demo before I was unfortunately more mesmerized by his white name detector

Finally, a successor to the great Haruhi Suzumiya x Ted Kaczynski banner images of 2009.

front end devs will literally do anything except write clean code XD

graphic novels are about to change forever

There's no way that hasn't caused any mental breakdowns.

Inserting this into Kaczynski's manifesto is multi-level meta. I would have given even more extra points if the visual had been Grok Ani instead of the original man-made animation.

the text here is not meant to be read just like how troon-core games are not meant to be played, but rather performed as a ritual that signals their troonery

Crazy how many people think this tech demo is the intended use case for this lmao. It's just showing how adaptale it is, you aren't meant to have moving images as the normal use case.

The fact that someone from React/Midjourney crawled through 'depths of hell' for better text layout tells you everything about the state of web UI. We've been stuck on CSS flexbox debates for a decade while the actual hard problems went unsolved. This is the work that matters. 🔥

Best use of technology in 2026 award

@caesararum

Uncle Ted X Chika Dance

@coinwitch incredible work

@DanielleFong Dude this is crazy

This *demonstration* is not the goal. The actual implementations will be equipped with appropriate hyphenation and widow/orphan control, etc. The value being demonstrated here in this *demonstration* is the speed with which the layout layer will respond to all of the demands placed on it by grammar, presentation, and arbitrary shaping rules (including page shape, pullquote, and funky image surrounds). Don't get all wound up about how this particular thing is difficult to read -- you're missing the point while it literally dances in front of you.

@tratium Well done

Finally...I can read with focus and not get distracted😮💨

This is cool as shit

Hello! I saw your amazing work on Twitter and recreated it using Codex. It turned out really well, so I uploaded it to GitHub. Huge credit to you for the original idea—your work is awesome!

such an opportunity was missed, it could have been carameldansen

How the hell did you make a bounding box accurate gif. This shitposting is so seriously high effort

@_chenglou How the fuck am i supposed to read anything with that bitch moving in the middle of the page and moving the letters around
