I love their marketing team, they truly are doing their all to fix issues and they address them after they managed to create a new formula, you can’t just come out and tell them you’re going to fix it when it’s not ready yet. They need to understand why it was happening and what can they add or extract from the original formula, test it for a while and see how it works. I love their transparency👏🏻
