If you're not making much progress with Proficiency running Houndsman for Named items, you're probably done with the Named items and should focus on regular guns and gear with Retaliations or Countdown.

Does it matter what level I run retaliations at or just run it

Just did it myself during the last double/triple expertise week. What a grind it was. I didn't know you could donate resources to level profiency either till I was around expertise 20.

Now you have to grind for exotic components

Already have over 500 components. I have all the Exotics I want with the attributes I want. So when others drop, they're auto-deconstructed.

I did that in under 3 Months. Used alot of material and printer fil. And played most missions etc with stupid gear. Then I prototyped a Picaro's Holster. The fix attribut stayed max. The other ones min. So, whats the reason for doing that when ther result is barley the same?
