🚨🚨 “FBI responded well*” That’s an ABSOLUTE LIE. We know from the contractor that the FBI under Kash Patel ordered the crime scene paved over emergency-style. Contractor Dan Merrell said the people on site told him it was “above our pay grade,” and that “the governor and the FBI said they want this done by Monday and we need to get it done.” Out of chain of command, the FBI ordered Joe Kent to STAND DOWN and not investigate foreign involvement. Asked if that order came from Director Patel, Kent said: “It did. Yeah, it was part of a discussion that he and I had back and forth, and then, ultimately, that was the decision that was made.” He also said, “There was more work for us to do on the potential of a foreign nexus, and we were blocked from doing that.” No statements about the evidence that was destroyed by paving over the crime scene after an emergency order from the governor and the FBI? The crimes we know of for sure, as they say in the valley, are the ones committed by officers of the law under COLOR OF LAW. Brady law. Exculpatory Brady law. CHAIN OF CUSTODY was the FBI’s job. Their job. Not the university’s. Not a contractor’s. Not a junkyard’s. Once they took that scene, every inch of dirt, grass, clothing, carpet, car, microphone, SIM card, and photograph had to be logged, sealed, and preserved. Instead they DEEP-SIXED it. They DISAPPEARED it. You cannot disappear the dirt and the grass by paving over it and call it proper handling of evidence. That is a literal COVER-UP of the crime scene. You cannot look away and not notice, then arrest people for pulling out the SIM cards. You cannot destroy the carpet, the car, the dirt, the grass, and the clothing of everyone, including Charlie. Where are the two microphones? They are also not in the record. Everything that would have shown this was NOT a clean rifle shot got disappeared. Altered. Reduced to a thumb drive. Or sold. They sold the car with the carpet still in it and the photo of the exploding microphone on the carpet floor. That vehicle was evidence. That carpet was evidence. That photograph was evidence. And they let it walk out the door. Everything that would prove Jon Aaron Bray was right got deep-sixed. Completely disappeared. If the mics, the carpet, the car, the dirt, and the clothing had been locked down the way chain of custody requires, the official story would have to face the physical proof instead of a cleaned stage and a digital copy. We have double confirmation from Judicial Watch and the contractor. Joe Kent makes it triple confirmation. Judicial Watch obtained UVU records showing an emergency vendor order placed September 11, 2025, one day after the shooting, billed as “Clean up for shooting incident.” Internal messages from those records include: “The FBI is still there. I guess.” Another message from the paving work said, “My guys are well trained in keeping quiet.” Trained to keep quiet. That is not how you process a murder scene. That is how you BURY one.
