Lastly, we need to surround ourselves with people who support and encourage our vision. When we have a community of like-minded individuals, we can draw strength and inspiration from one another.

We can end the chronic disease crisis if our voices are heard. Grassroots action matters. Call your member of Congress and tell them to PREVENT Pharma from funding the FDA. Tell them they should REJECT government funding Ozempic (HR 4818) and shift that money to improving our food system. Tell them we need to REMOVE CONFLICTS from the NIH and reset the goal of the department to be foundational research about why we are getting sick. Let’s build a grassroots army to ensure these messages get to our leaders. With consistent and concentrated mobilization, we can change the world. Find your member here and call them here:
