Finding twitter scraping bots with Gatsby Sometimes the alpha is on-chain, other times you need an off-chain setup. The latter is often the case with tokens that are born out of activity on X. One recent example is Moonkin , which pumped after Vitalik posted about it here: You... knew Moonkin would pump if Vitalik mentioned it but you can't build a scraper yourself. How to profit from this? The video shows an example of how you can find scraper bots that do the dirty work for you and allow you to make money in your sleep. The subject of 'owning a slave' is dense. It is something we hear a lot when we are in the FemDom Realm. Is it just fantasy? Can it actually be a lifestyle? How do we navigate this type of dynamic? Scrum is a cancer. There's nothing more bureaucratic, dysfunctional, and slow than a team that just wants to build software, but they are being forced to do it using Scrum. If you are stuck with this, here is a recommendation that will change your life: Go to connect your email, GitHub account, and the software you use to manage projects, and build a workflow that will brief you before every standup. Dimension is pretty incredible. You can literally write a prompt and have Dimension build an agent that will do the work in the background for you. Example: "Go to Linear and GitHub and write a summary of the tasks I completed last week. Organize them based on priority and effort. Send me an email with the results." Schedule this workflow to run 10 minutes before your Scrum meetings, and you'll get an email right before you need it. You can have AI now do all sorts of tasks for you: 1. Brief you before a meeting 2. Reply or handle cold emails 3. Take care of support messages 4. Research tasks for you And all of this can happen unprompted, in the background. Jordan Peterson: "If you can't fix your room, you can't fix your life" "Why should you even bother improving yourself? The answer is something like: so you don't suffer anymore stupidly than you have to. And maybe so others don't have to either. It's not some casual self-help doctrine. Pain brings the idea that it would be better if it didn't exist along with it. It's incontrovertible." On how to start: "Look around for something that bothers you and see if you can fix it. You can do this in a room. Sit in your bedroom and think: 'If I wanted to spend ten minutes making this room better, what would I have to do?' You have to ask yourself that, it's a genuine question. And things will pop out. There's a stack of papers bugging you. Some rubbish behind your computer monitor you haven't attended to for six months. Cables tangled up." Most developers can't explain how Single Sign-On (SSO) works. This was one of my favorite questions during technical interviews. I love to ask about it because it's not a trivial topic. Here is a 5-minute overview of how Single Sign-On works. We all hate passwords; the less we use them, the better, and SSO helps with that. When you log in to Google once and visit YouTube, Gmail, Drive, and any other connected service without re-entering your password, three players are working behind the scenes: • A user trying to access an application. You, in this case. • The application you want to access. For example, YouTube. • An Identity Provider (IDP) that will verify your identity. Google, in this case. Here is what happens when you try to access one application for the first time: 1. You try to log in to YouTube, and the application redirects you to the Identity Provider (IDP) for authentication. 2. The IDP (Google) checks your credentials and confirms your identity. It creates a new session for you on its server and sets a session cookie in your browser. 3. The IDP also creates a token for YouTube—a small piece of data that contains information about your identity. 4. Your browser grabs the token and presents it to YouTube. 5. YouTube checks the token, and if it is valid, lets you in. But then you want to access Google Drive: 1. You go to Google Drive, and the application redirects you to the IDP. 2. The IDP recognizes that you are still logged in because you have the session cookie. It doesn't need to ask for your credentials. 3. Instead, the IDP generates a new token for Drive. 4. Your browser grabs the token and presents it to Google Drive. If the token is valid, Drive lets you in. You can now access multiple applications without re-entering your password. This is probably one of the best things we've invented since sliced bread! But, of course, implementing Single Sign-On is a nightmare! If you are a developer, don't try to reinvent the wheel. Announcing Metropolis Part 1 – enabling users to immediately trade new tokens and markets. This is a major upgrade to the way Jupiter manages new tokens/markets and the token list. We are launching the new T0 API for new tokens, which allows you to query the chain to find the market with the most liquidity to swap directly. Tokens will be available using this feature immediately after they are launched. You can try this on today. This feature currently supports Raydium’s CPMM pools and Meteora Dynamic Pools/DLMM as well as Orca Whirlpools. Direct routing is enabled, so you might need SOL or USDC to trade these new tokens. We also shipped a few upgrades to that aims to reduce loading times. When you open the UI it will only load the strict list, instead of the entire 80K tokens on the all-list. We then use Typesense, a performant search engine to serve results from the all-list. One of the ways I use social media is to put out a “principle of the day” so that we can have a conversation about it. It’s usually about life, or work, or current events.
