A man is asking the manager at a restaurant to kick this woman out because her 8 month old baby is being loud, nobody else seems to be bothered much yet he is adamant about it. He must not have kids but is he overreacting to this? This happens far too much everywhere to be a rare occurrence and something that he can’t comprehend. Back when my nephew was just a baby, my brother and I were out to eat and everything was fine until the food came. My nephew started crying loudly, nothing we did would calm him. I was embarrassed it happened because I didn’t want to disturb anybody else trying to just enjoy their dinner. My brother wasn’t bothered, he was used to it. I kept trying to tell him to hurry up and eat but he took his time and insisted that he was going to enjoy his dinner. Having a newborn meant it was hard for him to get out much and now he is, he’s going to enjoy it. I hurried up and finished my food and I picked up my nephew and took him outside for a walk so others wouldn’t have to listen to his loud screams. He ended up calming down by the time his dad came out and we left. But at no time did anybody ever say anything to us about it and I was thankful for that.

In this podcast, she ties the spike in attacks after the Trump’s 2016 election directly to him, saying he “gave license,” “made it mainstream,” like his rhetoric pushed people over the line. She said it wouldn’t really matter if he came out and forcefully condemned it. In her view, people hear what they want anyway, so once that language is out there, the effect sticks. But look at how she and the SPLC talked about BLM. They were explicit that Black Lives Matter wasn’t a hate group and said there wasn’t real evidence its activists were driven by hateful or supremacist motives. Even with riots and violence, they said BLM was a legitimate movement with some individuals going too far. The only people who really cashed in on the “Hate Map” were Democrats. It was a perfect tool for them to keep the specter of hate alive.

I really, really, really wanted to drop this song last year. When I first put out the snippet, I was so excited - but it was hard to finish it on time because everything was a blur. I was sick and weak and nauseous and tired and my body just wouldn't do what I wanted it to. Even in the snippet video, I wasn't feeling great. I was just trying my best. I adore Chike's voice and I knew it was him that had to be on the song with me. When I asked him to give me a verse, he was so ready to go, but he was out of town. As soon as he came back, he came over to my studio the next day 🥹. I got a lotta respect for him. He didn't know I was pregnant and suffering 😅 Watching this video back now, I can't even understand where the energy came from. When the song was done, I struggled to mix it. Even so, I decided to master it myself. I hate mastering, so I don't know what I thinking. I was so disappointed that I couldn't meet the deadline. Everyone had fallen in love with the song and was asking me to put it out. I didn't have the energy to make content. I don't even remember them recording this video. Given how much I love this song, I'm a little bummed I couldn't give it energy it deserves. But please, know that a lot of love and resilience went into this song. Working at the pizza place I’ve had some weird requests. Like this man here who didn’t have a stove and took some eggs to McDonald’s and asked them to cook it for him which surprisingly they did. He did pay her very well for the favor. I had a man come in who claimed that his electric was off because of the storm and he was in the middle of cooking a lasagna. He wrapped it up and brought it in and asked if I could cook it for him after he explained the circumstances. At first I was thinking I shouldn’t do it, I remember hearing it was against health code but I was in a good mood and many people did lose power so I decided to do it. I even added a little extra cheese on top and through in some garlic bread for free. The man knows I didn’t have to help him and most places wouldn’t but was gracious I did. I ended up gaining a long time customer with that gesture. I remember he came in one time to pick up a pizza and I ran out of cigarettes. I offered him money to run across the street for me to get some smokes. He said he would but he wouldn’t take my money saying he owed me a favor anyways.

I remember I had asked Brandon Aiyuk in the offseason if he would be down to do a YouTube live interview and he said that it wasn’t a good time and he’d let me know if something worked out. Naturally I just thought he was good off doing the interview which is perfectly fine but right after the 49ers lost to Philly in the NFCCG, he reached out and dm’d me if I wanted to setup an interview. I thought that was so cool that he really reached back out to set up the interview with me like he said he would. We did the interview, he was great, laid back, we talked ball, the chat was absolutely electric. My favorite interview I’ve ever done. I know BA has done a lot of extremely questionable things as of late but I genuinely miss this dude who just chopped it up with me on stream for over an hour and was super generous with his time.

When the delivery driver came out with the food he says he can’t break a $100 and only has $15 on him. The man tries to explain that he only has the $100 and that he already spoke to someone at the shop. The man is now refusing to give the pizza back and suggests the driver takes the $100 and comes back with change but the driver said no, since it was a busy day.
